It is a shame that some sort of basic breakfast is not provided for guests. Even the basic hotel chains have one included. Also I missed not having a microwave in the room.

First, I would like to apologize for the inconvenience of no free breakfast and Microwave. Courtyard properties are one of the few brands that have a restaurant for purchase. However, we still thank you for choosing to stay with us. We hope to see you again in the future.

The staff are amazing ..the main lobby is fantastic..lots of sitting areas plus the bistro serves good food ...would definitely stay again ..the only downside was no microwave in the room

The pool is very small. Overall, a good experience. Quiet, staff is amazing. I had my kids with me and they liked it as well.

I did not spend much time at this hotel this time as I checked in late but my check in was very smooth and I got my keys in five min. The room was a bit outdated but was clean and nicely prepared. The lobby was very large with many chairs and sofas. The bar was also nice although I did not use it. I just got a cup of coffee in the morning (I had to pay for it. No free coffee, really?) I will use this hotel again. Thanks!

Could be cleaner, make netflix work
The property was actually nice, but it wasn't as clean as it could be. I spilled some water in the bathroom, and after wiping it up, the towel was grey from dirt. We ended up using "wipies" on every surface, just to be sure. Plates from room service were in the elevator lobby for 2 days. Nothing deal breaking, but hoped for better. This is also the second Courtyard I stayed at that offered Netflix on the TV (to log yourself in) and the second that the speed test failed and it could not log you in. Why offer it if it never works? It's more a pain that you try and fail than not have the option

I did not like the fact that there was no complementary breakfast in your hotel. Every hotel that I’ve ever been to, has always had a complementary breakfast. You would think that Marriott, being more upscale, would provide a complementary breakfast. I also did not like the fact, that there was no complementary tea or coffee. No travel size convenient toiletries or cups in the bathroom. The shower curtain was moldy. When I walked in, there was a funny smell in my room 303.

We are deeply grateful to the folks at the front desk for their help and compassion. On Thanksgiving Day, our dog (a beagle) got away from us and took off into the woods. I let the gentleman at the desk know what was happening. While we were out searching, he called us. He said our dog had returned to the hotel while we were outside looking for him and had walked in through the automatic door. He kept the dog with him until we could get back inside to claim him. We are sincerely thankful for the extra help!!
