Nice friendly staff. Room was good size and clean. Nice bonus was the gas fireplace in the room. Bathroom was nice. The only draw back was that there are not much business or restaurants in Geyserville.

Heart of Sonoma Wine Country

Posted Apr 5, 2017
Cons: Restaurant service was quite slow and food was mediocre/overpriced.
Location: It's all about the wineries.
Lovely hotel with outdoor pool and adjacent restaurant, convenient to many Sonoma vineyards and just an hour north of San Francisco. Room was spacious and clean with a gas fireplace and terrific bed.

Pros: Nice comfortable lobby; good coffee and items to read. Hotel grounds are well kept and attractive.
Cons: Carpets needed to be vacuumed.
Location: Good location within walking distance to main part of Geyserville.
Check in was ok, but was told wind blew over table and broke glass, therefore could not use swimming pool or spa. Seems to me they could have fixed that problem without too much trouble. The subject location is close to highway 101 and pretty noisy. If we stay again would want a room at the back of the unit.

Room 207

Posted Apr 1, 2017
Pros: Have been staying here since this hotel first opened in the 90s. Never again.
Cons: Maintain your property and don't actt surprised when a guest tells you about the love a room needs to be basically fit for habitation.
Location: Route 128 Winery is great.
Old uncomfortable mattress, stained carpet, dirty floor grout, bath sink did not drain, shower curtain length fell two inches above top of floor so flooded bathroom when showering. Neglected property.

Great stay

Posted Feb 24, 2017
Pros: Quiet, in the country, near excellent Vineyard, highway exit is near by.
Cons: A few touch by can be done. It's all about the detail.
Nice hotel near great wines and wineries in the Northwest end of the Sonoma. A few restaurants are near by but those that are excellent. Enjoyed are stay very much, I would stay there again.
