"We had a great time, the hotel was perfectly located, so many great places to eat and shop, also so close to the beach. The staff were so helpful, polite and efficient, they went out of their way to ensure our comfort. We had a great time "
"From the outset we were taken care of brilliantly by the staff, from the airport we were greeted by the arranged meet and greet to take us to our transportation in a beautiful Lexus all the way door to door of the hotel.
On arrival we were upgraded to a high level sea view room by the front desk which had a beautiful view.
After preparing to head down to the pool we saw the staff we’d seen in years previous who set us up and took care of us for the week we were away. The pool food from the infinity bar was great we especially liked the signature burger & the drink package offerings which run Sunday to Thursdays 1pm-4pm then there’s a late package which runs from 4pm-6pm also so you can choose either, none at all and freely order or both if you want the whole day for alcohol.
My wife had a birthday while we were here so when I mentioned this to the team they even arranged a mini cake for us to be bought to the pool with happy birthday and her name in it. The team then also arranged a little champagne which was a beautiful gesture.
The whole pool team were amazing for the all the service we received it really made all the difference the level to which they catered to our every need.
The sun hits the pool area around 1pm in December so we headed to the beach first thing which is a few minute walk from reception through the shopping area to the main beach. Beach towels can be collected for free from level P3 you simply give your room number to the helpful staff and they’ll"

"I didn’t know what to expect. Wasn’t as glitzy as you would expect the normal 5 star hotels in Dubai to be, but that was what the appeal was. It had gardens, didn’t feel over crowded, service was amazing, and the beach had plenty of space. It is 2o mins from centre but has a shuttle bus going frequently to the malls. We loved it. Was on all inclusive package. White orchid best restaurant. Would highly recommend. "
