Good one night stay on the way to Netherlands

Pros: Nice Ambiance of the restaurant.
Cons: Swimming Pool
Location: Location is good. Next to Tram station.
It was a nice stay for one night with family and friends on the way to Netherlands. This property is missing swimming pool as it is out of city and no other entertainment for children.

Good for value

It is what it is. Clean room, overall nice hotel for the price. We waited 15 mi s for our room to be ready that was the only poit I can raise but other than that good value for money

Antiquated Hotel

Pros: Needed updating.
Cons: Everything
Location: Nightmare getting in and out of hotel because of the loop road.
Hotel needs a revamp. Card keys were a problem getting into rooms. Bar was open limited hours.

Our bar THE LOOP is open from 5pm until midnight. but our shop is always open for beverages and small snacks our guests may require. Difficult to get to the hotel

Location: Difficult to get to the hotel from the Highway.
I was disappointed to find out that I do not get any Holiday Inn points due to the secretary booking this hotel through Expedia.

Fire alarm

Hi. Had a great stay apart from the fire alarm going off in the night. I was on the third floor and used the stairs to get out of the hotel. Just some feedback would be that on the stairs it’s not clear to exit on level 1 to leave the hotel and a lot of people carried on the the lower ground floor. If it was a fire could of caused a dangerous tone delay in leaving the hotel.
