Tour of Flanders 2017

Ideal for Ghent and Oudenaard (Tour of Flanders) and have stayed here in the past for the same event. Generally very pleased, they have friendly and helpful staff, rooms are what you would expect for a Holiday Inn, only criticism was they forgot to leave bath towels when changed other than that it was perfectly OK

Pros: its near venue i was attending an event and so only nearby option unless use tram into venue
Cons: food gone downhill at both dinner and breakfast. Steak weren't steak but chunks of meat, often at buffet had to wait for ages as refilled trays. Too pricey in general
Location: catch a tram too central gent.

Friendly and comfortable

Room was good quality comfortable and clean. The hotel is very near the tram into the centre of Ghent. The hotel sorted out tickets and easy directions for us . Highly recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel

Pros: every was goos
Cons: the roads around are a bit caotic but that will be down to the council
Location: lots to do this hotel services the GHENT EXPO
the hotel was excellent, staff friendly and helpful they explained that there was a music festival in the city, and we could get there on the local tram.2Euros great night. hotel clean and efficient

Disappointed

Very disappointed.We were not told of extensive road and building work around the hotel. On first day we spent over an hour trying to go out of hotel to Ghent town centre. It took another 30 minutes to reach town centre.No traffic . We did not realise hotel was so far from sites to see. we should be offered refund
