Perfect central location with helpful staff.Posted Jul 31, 2017
Pros: The central location and friendly reception staff.
Cons: The price of breakfast was a little too high, especially as there were six of us.
Location: This hotel could not be better located. It is in the centre of the town and easily reached by tram from the primary rail station. Absolutely perfect.
Perfect central location supported by helpful and knowledgeable staff. Clean and tidy, good sized rooms.

Nice stylish hotel near the castlePosted Jun 4, 2017
Pros: Stylish and cute, large comfortable bathroom, fantastic staff
Cons: Because of odd shape of the room, hard to find space sometimes. Maybe reconfigure so it's easier to maneuver around the room.
Location: Right across from the castle and basically everything in the old part of the city is nearby. A very comfortable walking city.
Was very pleased with the stay here. Location is unbeatable, staff really fantastic....helpful with every aspect of staying in a city. We stayed in the annex but also had a cute little terrace and sufficient space.

After a lovely visit to Bruges we decided to have a night in Ghent, which turned out to be terrific fun. Good advice for dinner from hotel found us eating the local fish stew called Waterzooi with sunset over the canal. Interesting sites including the churches and castle. Lots of nightlife and good pubs.
Great location and price is reasonable.Posted May 20, 2017 on Hotels
If you want to stay downtown in Ghent its hard to beat this place. Location is fantastic and the price is reasonable. Rooms are solid and clean nothing spectacular but gets the job done.

Great location in GhentPosted May 9, 2017
Pros: As above, plus easy to find.
Cons: Stayed in room on top floor which was small plus had angled pillar that ran through it. Clean and fine for overnight stay however.
Location: Close to medieval castle, canals, boat trips plus short walk to city centre main square & cathedral.
Good hotel, great position close to city centre. Great restaurants, bars and chocolatiers all nearby. Hotel staff helpful and efficient, plus place to leave baggage.

The room was big and cosy as I was staying at the roof top Level.High roof ceiling. My window view was splendid as able to see church directly out from the window. Capsules of coffee also was served free in the room. The staff was polite. But only bad point is during the night time, it was raining heavily and the wind whistling sound will be heard in the room. Will be a difficulty for light sleeper. Is about 20 mins away from the Sint Pieters train station but you had just take Tram No.1 to the hotel. It is located near to all the attractions.

Pros: Central location opposite a lovely castle.
Cons: The main building was clearly once very elegant but it has been subdivided using thin wall partitions and flimsy staircases.
Pleasant but more could have been made of the lovely original building. It seems rather jaded,

Friendly, helpful staff. Nice room. Breakfast staff nice, but fare could be improved. Good coffee!
