Never again

Posted Jul 14, 2015
My husband and I have been on a 7 week trip throughout Europe, and this by far has been the worst hotel we have stayed in throughout our entire journey. We arrived early for check-in and attempted to start the paperwork so that we can come back and receive our room immediately. However, upon attempting to do this the front desk staff did not find our reservation in their system. I provided the confirmation print out from Expedia, as well, as the confirmation on my phone to no avail. My husband had to call the Expedia hotline for them since, they were unable to make the phone call independently, 1.5 hours later they tell us we have a room, but we still need to come back later for check-in. Our only option to leave our luggage was to leave it in their laundry room, we ended up just taking them with us. We returned at about 10 p.m. and was told our room was ready, but that it was a triple room instead of a double, and that breakfast was included. The next morning we have breakfast. The room was comfy, nice beds and cute balcony with a small kitchenette. Checkout was another problem, as the front desk was attempting to charge us for the room again and for our breakfast! Our room was pre-paid and at check-in they had clearly stated breakfast was on the house... Again my husband had to have a discussion about the payment and breakfast. Quiet location, easy metro access but staff is not trained or just rude. We would never stay there again, they also receive large tour groups.

Então tivemos algumas dificuldades no banheiro.

Nettes Hotel in guter Lage

Cons: Einzelbetten statt enge Doppelbetten

Zentral gelegenes nettes Hotel

Posted May 27, 2015

Nice hotel close to Silberhornstrasse station

Pros: Room is clean, provided additional bed for our child at no extra cost. Friendly staff.
Cons: Our 3yo wanted a
Location: Hotel is situated in residential area. There's a play park 2mins from the hotel, a couple of mini- markets nearby and excellent Italian restaurant.
Hotel is only 2 mins from sban station, room has kitchenette and small fridge which is a handy alternative to paying for breakfast everyday. We visited in May and found the room to be a bit cold ( especially for the additional bed that was closer to the window where our child slept).the hotel kindly provided us with an additional duvet. There's a really good Italian restaurant downstairs which we higly recomend.
