Nice, clean good value.

Posted Apr 1, 2017
We got this hotel for a mini vacation for Spring Training. It was a nice hotel. Very clean and lots of places nearby ( not walking distance) to eat. It is an hour from Peoria so it wasn't as close as we would have liked. The pool was very small and the sofa bed was very un-comfortable. Giving the hotel some credit, most sofa beds are. The free breakfast buffet was average. Overall it was a good deal and most importantly clean.

Nice hotel and good breakfast.

Pool and pool area too small. Wasn't able to spend time by the pool since there were no chairs available.

I apologize that our pool size was not to your liking. We hope that outside of that you were able to enjoy your stay with us!

Bedding very comfortable. Pool needed cleaning of the scum line as it was very dirty. Lobby had an overwhelming sweet smell - aromatherapy overload. Staff very responsive to any needs.

Spring Training Trip

Posted Mar 14, 2017
Hotel was located in an area close to several fine restaurants Brio, Keg, Kona Grill, Gordon Biersch. Easy access to expressways and airport. When your wife is happy, you know you've made a good hotel choice.

Spring training

Posted Mar 9, 2017
Pros: Clean, convenient, good breakfast selection
Cons: train the staff on procedures, how to take a check.
Location: spring training, shopping, restaurants
bad experience cancelling on night of stay. I was told that I could not because I booked through Expedia, then they realized I had not pre paid for the stay and let me cancel, but they had already charged my card. got a credit, but it was a pain. tried to pay with a check for room stay at checkout and they would not accept my business check. The staff did not know how to accept a check and it became nonsense. most of the room was clean, but the toilet was dirty every day.

I apologize that we made it so inconvenient for you to change your reservation. I will be sure to use your review to train our team on best practices and confirming reservation types. Please know that we are not able to accept checks. It is nothing personal but now a days we have to have proof that payment exists and sadly a check does not do that. I hope that if you are in the area again we have another chance to serve you and truly deliver the customer service that should come when staying at Hyatt. Kind Regards,

Pleasant atmosphere!

Posted Mar 9, 2017
Pros: Great location! Well managed. Room was very clean.
Cons: Couch was worn.
Location: Near San Tan village and freeway 202.
We stayed for 2 weeks and found the staff to be very pleasant. The manager was doing an excellent job. We will come back to stay. The only disappointment was the pool heater was not working for most of our stay. All and all a great experience!

Nice hotel close to San Tan Village.

Posted Mar 3, 2017
Pros: Breakfast was include and decent. Room size was great and hotel staff was friendly.
Cons: Pool heater fixed and rooms cleaned better.
Location: Close to restaurants and San Tan Village.
The hotel was good, breakfast included was great, we stayed for two weeks. Cleanliness of room was not good. Had to ask to have room vacuumed and bathroom not cleaned good. Pool's heater was not working and was told would be fixed never was. Wondering if it ever does get fixed. Booked shuttle to pick us up two days before we needed it to the car rental and then confirmed that day. Ended up waiting at the car rental and had to call to get someone to get us. Made us feel like a huge inconvenience.

Pros: Nice location of pool; it was sunny the majority of the day
Cons: First couple of days breakfast was very limited; there were no eggs or fresh fruit.
Location: It is easy to walk to the nearby grocery store and there are restaurants within a couple of blocks.
This was our first time staying here. The room was spacious and comfortable and the beds were cozy and comfortable.

sufficient and clean

Posted Feb 20, 2017
Pros: Very clean. Nice staff.
Cons: dated furniture. fix latch on room 201.
Overall it was a pretty good stay. My door was open when I got to my room which bothered me a bit and kept me from sleeping very well. The room was very clean. Furniture was very dated, couch looked 10 years+ and was a gross shade of brown. Staff was very helpful. I forgot lotion, toothpaste and hairspray. I only paid for the hairspray. The other thing that was kindof annoying, they mark vending area on each floor but there is no machines. You have to go to the lobby for any water, drinks or snacks.

I apologize that your room was left open which in turn left you feeling uneasy. I will be sure that we coach our team to ensure this does not happen in the future!
