Nice hotel,friendly staff

Beautiful hotel with very friendly,helpful staff that's close to everything. We will definitely be staying here during our next visit!

Pros: Staff
Cons: Knock and enter room for cleaning even with a do not disturb sign, later in the day
Bed slumped, some lights didn't turn on, room wasn't cleaned because the occupied sign was accidentally left out all day. Breakfast hours were odd.

Location: we know phx the hotel is close to the places we like-
stayed in phx for a family visit- close to family, enjoyed the visit and the staff was great- clean rooms a must as usual-

Pleasant place to stay

We had a very nice etsy. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The service was good and the breakfast was good. The pool was average. This area of Gilbert is very nice; it will be nicer when the construction is finished.

Everything was great! The only thing that could be upgraded is the breakfast buffet, needs more options

Great for a easy freeway access over night hotel

Cons: Everything
Location: Great location off of freeway for travelers
Young inexperienced staff upon check in. All of the food is served out of a bag. No real Food. Carpet was worn and unraveling. Room was not the cleanest. Couch was worn and bed was lumpy . Checked out the next day.

Great stay, and value for money

The Hyatt was very clean, room was spacious and kept clean. Facilities that we expected where present, although a laundry would have been useful. Location was nice, although you definitely want to have your own vehicle. Breakfast was included, and very much welcome with a good selection of items. Definitely value for money.
