I booked non smoking and was given smoking. AC unit did not work at all. Didn’t even turn on. Had to move rooms. Did not feel comfortable without my dog to protect me. Area seems unsafe. Dirty bedding and dirty floors. Was charged extra for some tea Ron reason AFTER I left. Just unacceptable for living conditions

After a long day on the road driving was really hoping to soak in the hot tub to find out that the hot tub was closed and the swimming pool was filthy looking. When we got to our room the door was actually open and was not even shut. Doors close. Extremely hard needed to slam them shut. If you have a room that has a second door to go outside to the lounging area, suggest not to open it. We could not get the lock to re-lock once we opened it. This place could use many updates. However, the staff and the food were excellent.

Our apologies for the spa being down earlier this week. Unfortunately, there were some broken tiles maintenance discovered and had to shut it down to repair it right away as it was a safety concern. If ever there is ever any issues such as problems with a door, please contact the desk right away, as we always want to rectify any issue possible.

Overall this is a decent hotel. Unfortunately, we had a few nights where other guests were inconsiderate. One night the room above us left the water running in were guessing the bathtub because you could hear the water draining down the pipe. This started at 1 in the morning and finally was shut off around 4 or 5 in the morning. Then there were 2 other nights where people were extremely loud around 3 in the morning for a couple hours. One of the nights the people were hanging right outside our window. We like the convenience of having a restaurant on site but I don't know if that is enough to bring us back to this hotel the next time we are there.

We stayed at Best Western for a week for the Nationals Senior Rodeo. Always clean, nice people always willing to help, and good food if you choose to eat at their restaurant.

The handicapped room was clean. No walk-in shower. The property needed to be updated. There was no vanity in the bathroom, only a sink and a glass shelf.

The pool was deep for water jogging. Restaurant on site good. Rooms clean. Pool old and hard to keep clean. Fridge and microwave nice. Replace the old pool and you have a wonderful property!

The Best Western Lodge is easy access from the freeway yet quiet. There is a large indoor pool, which is nice. The weight room is an enclosed room with no windows, not great during this time. The room was very clean but the bathroom had few amenities. Doors to the outside were not locked - so anyone could come and go.

Carpet was a lil sticky in a few spots next to the bed. I let them know and they appreciated us letting them know. Overall They were super friendly and comfy
