Good place to spend the week

Staff was great. Nice place to stay. The only complaint was the key kept not working, so I had to go to the front desk to get into my room about every third swipe.

No receipt

Pros: Location
Cons: would like to get receipt no matter how I got the room.
Location: everything needed was close by.
All was good, staff was great very helpful. when checking out I did not get a receipt. The lady said she could not give me one since I went through Expedia. They would have to give me one. I still do not have a receipt.

Nice staff, nice shops and restaurants near by

Pros: Pool, workout room, complimentary breakfast.
Cons: Seemed to be understaffed. A lot of rooms were still needing to be cleaned by check in time.
Location: Great restaurants and lots of shopping.
This was a one night stay in Gillette Wyoming. We were vacationing in the area and visiting national parks. Staff was very nice. Hotel stay was okay. There was quite a bit of Highway noise cars and engine noises. Good restaurants and shopping in this town.

House keeping stay out!

I heard a knock at the door when I was sleeping. Before I could get to the door HOUSE KEEPING WAS OPENING MY DOOR!! Check out is at 11am and this was at 8am. Will NEVER STAY AGAIN!!!

Clean, comfortable and friendly staff

We were getting tired so called Expedia and this hotel was rated #1 so booked it. Everything met or exceeded our expectations.

Quick overnight stay.

Pros: Price and location.
Cons: Better heating and cooling.
Location: Good location with easy access. Close to restaurants.
Quick overnight stay. TV remote was missing from the room but the front desk clerk was quick to get us another one. Air conditioner would only cool to about 70 degrees. Overall room was nice and clean. Breakfast in the morning was typical but not bad. Would stay again for the price.

For pop-music fans

Everything was pretty good. However, the idea of playing music for 24 hrs all around the hotel is way beyond my understanding. How about sleeping at night?

Although there are many other hotels in the area, I am very glad I chose the Wyndham. Very nice hotel, close to restaurants and I-90. Very pleasant staff.
