The facility smelled. Floors were absolutely filthy. Front desk personnel were completely disingenuous. Ice machines out of order. Bedding smelled liked stale cigarette 🚬 smoke. Hallways reeked of weed. Upholstered furniture stank and had visible stains. We were given the wrong room key and walked in on a couple having sex. Pool was closed but it was not disclosed when booking. Grandsons feet were black on the bottom after only a few minutes walking around in the room. We have pictures to support these claims. I’ve never stayed in a place so nasty and paid for it.

Amazing staff! Beds were super comfortable and kitchen was fully stocked. Bathrooms were clean and plenty of towels. Kids really enjoyed the game tables and parents enjoyed Peet's coffee being right in the lobby. Kids have already asked to stay here on our next Chattanooga trip.

My daughter's were traveling to Florida and their first hotel was a dump, I used my Hotels.com app and found them this hotel, at first they couldn't find reservation,but eventually found it and upgraded them

When I first showed up it was a little hard to get into the building. There were several employees sitting inside at a lounge table. I told them I was just trying to find the front entrance as it seemed that it wasn't. She said I was at the correct entrance and would go get the guy that was running the front. The check-in desk had a roll down cage pulled down at all times so no attendant available without calling for assistance. The room I was in must have been over the top of a room that had mechanical pumps as the floor vibrated all night at the head of the bed, which was a little noisy. Rooms were extremely clean and the all of the property was extremely clean. Room came with a full size refrigerator and a cooktop stove that I wasn't going to use. The price was great but I think I'll spend an extra $30 next time and choose another place to stay. Trying to get in the building was a hassle and the lack of staff seemed a little concerning. If you don't mind those speed bumps the place was extremely clean and very quite, other than the room I was in. If by chance you forgot your phone and key to the room when you left your room, I am not sure how you would get back in as the lack of an attendant was off-putting to me.
