Great location! Nice boutique hotel

Posted Jul 21, 2017
I could have given all excellent but our non smoking room sometimes smelled tabacco. That was disappointing. Otherwise, the size of room was great for the cost, bathroom was also roomy. Hotel decoration made me felt like I was in Europe.

Pros: Location was convenient to several subway lines and restaurants and shopping.
Room was very small - not quite as advertised in the photos. Clean, but very small.

Nice hotel close to shopping, restaurants

Posted May 27, 2017
Very easy to get around with train from Ginza. There are many type of trains besides JR. I found it easier not to limit myself to a single line.

Disappointed

Posted May 14, 2017
Pros: Location
Cons: A new paint job.
Location: Vibrant area famous for shopping.
When we arrived at the hotel we were asked if we wanted to pay a little extra for an upgrade, which we accepted. Unfortunately the pictures of the room shown to us at reception didn't match the real thing.

Great Hotel close to Ginza Shopping Strip

Posted May 1, 2017
Pros: Space in the room. Bed was comfortable and pillows good. (Not like a Japanese business hotel)
Cons: It advertised American breakfast but it was more like a mix between a Japanese and American. Fish, soup etc.
Decided to try a different hotel in the area and found a good special on Expedia. Hotel is very clean and in a European style. Rooms are very nice, roomy and clean. Bathroom is more like a European bathroom then the normal Japanese cubicles.

Great little find in Ginza!

Posted Apr 20, 2017 on Ebookers
We loved this hotel as it was ideally located to shops, restaurants and transport! There is a lot of character to the hotel and makes a change from the blandness associated with hotel rooms! Everything you need for a base but rooms on the small size like most of Tokyo!

French flair in Ginza

Posted Apr 20, 2017
Pros: We liked the intimate aspect of the hotel and the french flair of the rooms and the hotel design. It's very pretty.
Cons: The air conditioning was not adequate and the windows don't open. The room was stifling and the power to the room goes out when you leave.
Location: very convenient with metro right around the corner to easily access all the sights; convenience store next door for great coffee; high end shopping;
This is a boutique style hotel with a french flair to the lobby and the rooms. It is comfortable, attractive, and very conveniently located in the Ginza neighborhood. We stayed here 3 nights. Our room had 2 twin beds, desk, small closet, and an efficient bathroom typical for japanese hotels, although the tub was a little larger. This hotel is not the most luxurious but for the price we were satisfied. We did not eat at the hotel restaurant - too pricey and so many choices nearby. Staff is very nice. There is a charming sitting area right outside where you can sip your coffee purchased at the convenience store. Air conditioning is not adequate and it takes a while to cool off after entering the room and activating the power with your room card.

Nicely designed hotel but cleaning walls are neede

Posted Apr 1, 2017
Great location and walking distance from Tokyo station and easily access to public transport by using just JR pass. Room itself has very nice design but can't help notice the dirt on the wall really need to be clean off. Great offer of toiletries and considerate hair clipper for girl etc.

Not value for money

There's a lot more hotel to choose for location and value. Hotel staff does not really speak English
