Well located in Ginza. A practical option.

Spent 2 nights at this hotel. Well located for shops and close to railway station. Easy access to airport. Excellent reception team. Clean functional room. Met our needs well.

Nice location

This hotel is nicely located, just steps from the fancy Ginza shops, a metro station just downstairs, and other metro línea justo a five minutes from the hotel. This hotel has a very small lobby/reception which gets crowded easily at check-in time, the times I needed assistance staff was very courteous. Room was clean as it's a standard in Japan, nice comfortable beds, small bathroom. This property doesn't have room service, dinner has to be at their restaurant. Lawsons and Seven Eleven convenience stores are just steps from the hotel if needed. Definitely would stay here again

Close to Ginza shopping & great restaurants!

Pros: Location and GREAT staff!
Location: See main review. This area has it all!
I loved this hotel - a great location and clean with a decent French style restaurant. The hotel staff were exceptional in helping to provide directions, restaurant suggestions, transport to airport. Bottled water provided in room at no charge. Subway located under hotel also convenient for transport. Within walking distance to the fabulous and famous high-end Ginza shopping district (5 min), the Tsujiki fish market (20 min), Kabukiza kabuki theater (10 min), Tokyo Station (15-20 min). The neon lights at night are dazzling!

We stay 5night very comfortable and room was very nice. Room key was not work properly. I'll recommend your hotel.

the hotel close to the shopping mall ginza area

The hotel is close to the shopping mall, train station and also restaurant. The staffs are very helpful and polite. Room is clean. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and I will come and stay here again. The food at tthe restaurant is good.

Very nice hotel well located

My family had two rooms in this hotel for 1 week. The hotel if very well located in Tokyo's Ginza district. The breakfast and coffee were excellent albeit pricey. The staff was really good (many of them are french and speak english and french... and Japanese :-) ). The room was on the smaller side but very livable.
