"This was our second stay at the Keio Plaza Hotel Shinjuku. We booked the Premier Grand and enjoyed the daily breakfast, afternoon tea and bar time in the Club lounge. Location is about 10 mins walk to the JR Shinjuku station, but the hotel is convienently served by the Airport Limousine buses. We are disappointed with the lack of bell services during checkout. When the airport bus arrived, there wasn't a bell person at the desk and I had to find one to help with our luggage and he looked like I was bothering him. They obviously need more stff training for international guests. "
