Great location, close to a number of metro entrances, lots of shopping and great restaurants. Hotel was very comfortable and staff always helpful. Would definitely stay again.
Check-in was fast and easy. No problems at all. I was placed in a room close to the elevator on a high floor (both requests fulfilled by hotel staff). The room was slightly small (hard to open suitcases) but it was clean and tidy. The bathroom for the twin room (two double beds I think) was large ...
Room is small but that tokyoso you make it work ... arrived before check in time and although room was ready they wanted a premium to access it before check time so a sour note at that point ...otherwise it was quiet, clean, excellent staff, nice lobby, good morning coffee and great location ....we ...
We booked 2 twin rooms for 1 week with my 2 adult sons. The location was great. The rooms were small, in comparison to Las Vegas hotel rooms, but clean. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We stayed in Japan for 2 weeks, and stayed in 3 different hotels. The Hotel Gracery Ginza was the best among the ...
The hotel is nice and cosy, not so new but was kept in good condition. 1 big plus point is it has direct access to GInza Itchome underground station so you don't have to walk outside and look for the entrance. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Good location in the heart of Ginza, and close to Tokyo station which was very important to us.

I can't give it a 5 star rating because it didn't have a spa, and only had 1 restaurant. Still, it exceeded ...

Would recommend this place - great value for the money and close to the train station - very easy to navigate Tokyo by train/subway from here
The hotel is lovely and location excellent. The rooms are very comfortable and large for a Japanese hotel. There was a good selection of English speaking TV channels, which helps when you have spent a full day sightseeing.Room service was excellent and the food divine. They actually prepared the ...
We decided to spend our last night in Tokyo in the ginza bay capsule hotel for the experience. The hotel is very clean, the staff super friendly and the capsule rooms are bigger than I thought. There’s tones of amenities such as pj, tooth brush and tooth paste, brush, wash cloth, shaver, hair dryer ...
