Overall it’s ok. One very negative thing was smell of bathroom. Smell pee & we tried to use air fresher, but didn’t go away. That was really disappointing thing for us. But amenities were good including tea powder.

A very nice hotel for a family stay. It is very accessible to a subway station. It is also conveniently located near key transport nodes and shopping areas. I'm pleasantly surprised that the hotel is still using an actual room key (the metal and keychain, not the card) that one may safekeep at the conceige. This is a practice not commonly seen today. But then, this is Kyoto!
