Gorgeous View

Pros: The staff and the view
Cons: Wifi connection in the rooms was weak
Location: Pyramids was very close to the hotel to go and visit
The pyramid and pool view from the room was stunning. The staff are very kind, helpful and friendly. The hotel inside is beautiful and very clean. Room service is amazing too.

Need renovation , the room miss the + that 5 stars hotels have, pleasent stuff .

Good hotel, but ...

Pros: Staff was so friendly.Too near to Pyramids.The room was so good and clean. When I requested a special arrangement for our anniversary, they helped us
Location: This hotel is too near to Pyramids and Sphinx.
The hotel overall was good, but the facility furniture was little bit old. The room furniture was new, staff was very friendly, they fulfilled all my requested. The housekeepers were not professional. They were talking to each other outside our room in a very loud voice. They were calling each other in the morning loudly. Food: no variety of food. It was not tasty at all. Some starters were not fresh.The restaurant was clean. Alcohols: There were not exported alcohols, all were Egyptian. Minibar: I was so disappointed, just two bottles of water. No snacks, no alcohols, etc. The staff was so so friendly and I really liked them

Excellent location

Very nice hotel , helpful staff , great breakfast . A little dated but clean. Amazing pool with pyramids in the background ! Our room on 4th floor with balcony had views of pool & the pyramids !!!!! Can not find better view anywhere in the world !

Great location

Overall nice hotel. Had the potential to be a great hotel if it weren't for the window in my room not closing all the way and they just screwed it shut which let a lot of heat in and the room never cooled down which wasn't good. Other than that it was nice.

Excellent Hotel with a Pyramids view

This is our second stay at this hotel and it is still fantastic. Great pool area, with a bar, perfect for a relaxing holiday. Superb service, very nice and helpful people. This is our go-to place in Cairo.

Good price for reasonable place

The hotel has an excellent view of the pyramids. Staff is friendly. Restaurants are ok. I wouldn't call it a five star but overall the hotel is nice.

The best in the area of Gyza

I was impressed since second one, the hotel is secure and we paid for pyramids view. When we arrived to our room we saw the pyramids so so close to us, we were impressed. The hotel is about 1 hour away from airport. The best option in Gyza. Pros: Pools & Jacuzzi Spa Staff Bank inside the hotel Security View to pyramids Cons: They want tip for everything that at the end you start feeling uncomfortable Prices of food and alcohol are so overpriced (ridiculous) No wifi in rooms (we are in 2017, come on!!!!!) Negative side: They got mad because we decided to use an external taxi. Since they noticed we were using a different company, they automatically stopped being polite and attentive, I was very disappointed because I assume they are polite because they will get "a tip" and not because is a natural thing or quality of service.
