“Unfortunately, our experience was poor. The hot tub did not heat up at all. We asked the property manager team to please send someone over to fix the issue from day one but all they kept doing is for us to fix their issue. We wasted a few hrs trying to fix the issue with no results, so we were not able to enjoy what we paid for. The gas grill was unusable due to the fact that has not been cleaned in like six months. “We were very happy with the large fence property. Enough room to park trucks towing boats and turn around on the property. Safe rural neighborhood. There is a well furnished, covered patio but we didn't have time to enjoy it. All of the amenities are up to date. It was nicer than we expected. I plan to stay there again and stay longer. I stayed in contact with the manager via messages through VRBO. We had no problems.”

"👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was outdated, poorly designed, unclean, and had an unbearable odor. I stayed for just one night and checked out the next morning. However, right after returning my room key and getting into my car to leave, a male staff member suddenly knocked on my window and arrogantly asked if I still had a room. I told him I stayed there last night but had already checked out. He rudely demanded that I leave immediately. This behavior was highly inappropriate and made me feel very uncomfortable. Being driven away just minutes after checking out, without being given adequate time to organize and leave, showed a complete lack of respect for guests. I’ve stayed at many hotels but have never experienced such rude service. If you plan to stay at this hotel, be prepared to leave immediately after checkout, or you may face the same unpleasant treatment."
