Good Afternoon JamesI am sorry to read of your unhappy stay at The Highpoint International Hotel. In regards to booking on Wotif, at times the bedding configuration requested is not passed onto us. We only have 1br apartments, some with Queen and King Single (plus sofa bed), other rooms contain King Beds, no sofa beds. The towel issue should not have happened, apologises sent. We have a huge carpark around the perimeter of our hotel and also underground carpark, it surprises me there were no carparks available. In regards to power tripping, we have safety switches installed in each room for guest's safety, hence not being able to run every electrical appliance at once.
