Good City Centre hotel.

Good hotel right in the heart of Glasgow. The parking charges were the one black spot 8 pounds each time you used it and it only had 15 places and no indication whether any spaces were available. The rooms were clean and large. A good experience.

Good value, great breakfast and close to shops!

Pros: location, breakfast, comfortable room.
Location: shops and restaurants a short walk away.
We got a really good deal for our weekend away in Glasgow for a family wedding, hotel was very handy and the breakfast was fantastic!! Would recommend staying here.

Claimed to be family hotel yet...

We arrived at the hotel being told we were upgraded to supereme room. But when when open the door, the room is nothing close to being supereme... the room is really dated and therefore sound proof is terrible. there is no bedding in the cot bed we reaquested for our little one. The travel cot itself looks dusty and seems just out of storage. bedsheet on our queen bed was awkwardly undersized. We had to use some towel to put in between our feet and the mattress. we have been to different Novotel in many cities, and this is the worst experience so far.

One of the best places to stay in Glasgow. Comfortable room, hotel parking available and excellent breakfast.

Great Hotel and Location perfect

Staff very friendly and rooms ready on arrival in Glasgow. The kids area in reception a great hit and very popular for kids of all ages.

Nice big room with sofa

Expedia said pay 5 pound more for late check out but this never came thru when we arrived so we paid that money for no reason. Apart from that, the hotel is nice, modern and clean

Nice hotel

Nice hotel easy 10minutes walk to centre very helpful staff only downside was sofa bed in room is really only suitable for a child and we were 3 adults sharing mattress too soft and needs better lighting in room.bedroom was very clean and comfortable otherwise. Gym small but very useable didn't use sauna but it looked great lots of lovely fresh towels.

Great Hotel

Pros: It's location is good. It has a bar, rest., gym.
Location: Close to food and shopping, not far from transportation.
This hotel is very nice and has a great location.

15minutes walk from train station and sse hydro

Over night stay when attending concert. Family room met our needs. Hotel staff helpful. Good choice at buffet breakfast. Need new toaster only got hot bread
