The staff went above and beyond all expectations in welcoming my family and I from Canada. The hotel was very charming and the food at the restaurant was really good and plenty of vegetarian options. We had a great three days Here!
We were here 4 nights. Staff is generally excellent though the last morning seemed to unravel for some reason. Dinner which was highly touted was adequate but not great. Breakfasts were very good. They do this ordeal of having to come down 30 min. Before seating which is aggravating at the end of ...
The hotel is very clean and tidy. The only problem I had was that I couldn't turn the heating down as it was up full even with the window open is was uncomfortable.the continent breakfast was a bit sparce not much of a choice but I suppose if they didn't have a lot of quests then they didn't want ...
the entire staff were great, including the front desk, housekeeping and bar staff. The place was very clean. Pool, sauna and steam room very clean. The wedding we attended was run like clock work. Very well prepared and efficient with serving of all courses. Would recommend this to all.
It is couple of minutes from Glasgow central station. The reception staff are friendly. The dormitory or eight had two showers and one toilet. The single beds were made and were clean. I did for disturbed as few people came in late but that is what dormitory is. Overall great experience
Very nice, spacious apartment. Great having 2 full bathrooms with toiletries. Having a grocery store within walking distance and a full kitchen, made it so you didn't have to eat out everyday.
Lovely hotel with wonderful views of local area. Good location, handy for nearby tourist attractions. Staff were all polite, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was ok and had plenty of choice.
Nice hotel within walking distance to SSE Hydro, believe that there is also bus available to arena. Had a meal in restaurant before our concert and unfortunately was not very impressed with choice on menu or with the children's portion size, my niece unfortunately left the restaurant still hungry ...
this hotel is in a great area of glasgow plenty of pubs and restraunts nearby its very cosmopolition being situated near the university
Lovely hotel alongside river Clyde. Walking distance from city centre as well as a number of attractions. The outside lounge is beautiful when the sun comes out
Kitchen good but would benefit from salt/pepper/sauce sachets. Double bed actually 2 singles (uncomfortable ridge down middle). Minor stains on wardrobe floor & bathroom floor coming up. Overall room is very good, few small details make it 4 not 5 stars.
Wonderful music, fusion/techno, greeted me, followed by nice desk staff. Kindly provided a room upgrade to business class. Room was wonderful. Easy walk to great restaurants.
