"Very good welcome and overall great stay. The receptionist staff were great and very helpful, especially Katie who helped us with directions and went the extra mile. Only fault we could find was they accidentally collected my partners wine glass from the table. They replaced it but with a small wine when they had taken a large wine. Everything else was good."

"Hotel was in an ideal city centre location. Room was small but clean and up to date. We had no view and from early on until late at night there was a rumbling noise every 5-10minutes. (Like someone putting big bins out) you eventually get used to it. Beds were comfy. All staff were really friendly especially at check in (Stephanie?) We have a disabled little boy so parking across the road was expensive for us as wd needed to use the car to get places rather than buses or public transport (but that was on us when booking) "
