A really good stay was marred by the stuffy room. With no ventilation and the bath exhaust not working, staying in the room was not a pleasant experience. Spoke to staff who claimed that the exhaust fan is on a timer and will turn on later. This was a lie as it never turned on

I stayed for two weeks. The hotel itself is quite nice. It's location in City Center allows you access to many different things in Glasgow, with both subway and rail lines very close to get you anywhere else in the city or Scotland you wish to go. The room was quite nice. I had the superior double. ...

This is a lovely hotel and a few mins walking distance to the SSE. The hotel is so nice and stylish. The rooms are a good size, HUGE bed and lovely views of the river Clyde. The buffet breakfast was great and lots of choice. I will defo book this hotel again if I am ever at a concert/show.

The hotel is a bit further out than we thought it was--for where we were going we had to take the city bus about three stops in. It's not so bad once you figure out how to work the bus system. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and the room was kept clean. We'd put the "do not disturb" sign ...

We loved our stay at the Grand Central Hotel. It is lush in decor and the rooms are huge. Very elegant. We took the train to London in the morning, making this an easy walk to the station without going outside. Loved Champagne Central on the mezzanine level.

checked in at 1.40pm. Got into room straight away - had nice view looking down the Broomielaw. Bathroom was a little small but adequate and a nice touch with shampoo/conditioner and body wash too. Also tea, coffee, hot chocolate available too. Comfortable bed. Didn't have breakfast here as we went ...

I enjoyed my stay back in civilisation after spending two days on Nevis. I was really looking forwards to a hot shower and a comfortable bed and this hotel delivered. Slight knock for the partially blocked shower which meant I had to be out fairly quickly for fear of flooding the place.

Bed was not very comfortable and room was a marathon away from reception (room 156) Could not fault anything else and very clean amenities but this was surpassed by the staff who were fantastic.
