Good village hotel.
Stayed for a night with family, the overall experience was good. Check-in was quick, staff were helpful. The room was clean and spacious. Dinner and breakfast were very good as well. The room was a long walk from the car park which was a negative, we had to carry the suitcases and climb the steps as there is not lift.

The hotel was well situated near Loch Lomond. Staff where friendly and food was really good at the restaurant. Service was poor in terms of getting food on time and getting the right order, however this is understandable considering the COVID-19 situation. The shower was terrible with almost no pressure. All in all good start and clean
