Nice stay

Pros: I like it.
Cons: There are still some aspects could be improved even better, such as room service quality consistence, reception staffs professionalism.
Location: Convenient!
In general, it's a nice experience to stay here. Clean and tide. Good facility.

Bad start, bad experience

Cons: Offer late arrivals a better alternative for check in.

We were delayed arriving at the hotel due to airline issue. Their airport shuttle stopped running and the hotel lobby was locked and closed when we arrived at midnight. We were forced to walk uphill for a quarter mile to check in at the Hilton Airport and walk back down the hill to the Hilton Apart and finally got to our room at 12:30 AM. No one offered to pick us up or drive us back to the Apart. Poorest service I've ever experienced in over 40 years of travel.

A little tired, run down, with tiny bathrooms

Pros: Close to airport
Cons: remodeling including smaller hallways and bigger bathrooms
Location: There isn't really anything nearby, a small town with a few restaurants. Its really an airport hotel.
The hotel is a mid-level hotel that just seems a bit run down. Its fine for an affordable place to stay for a night before a flight for one person but I wouldn't want to be there more than that or have more than one person deal with the tiny bathrooms.

Didn't get to stay there...

When I went to check-in I was told that I was upgraded to the other Hilton Hotel at the airport. As a result, I didn't get to stay at this one. The other Hilton is HORRIBLE.

Hotel close to Airport with shuttle

Cheap Zurich option great breakfast and comfortable rooms. Very near Airport and trams and trains very close. If travelling with children there is a supermarket very close by.

Very poor overall

I checked in around 23:30. When I walked in to the Hotel not a single person / staff could be seen. So we tried to find them at the end got him behind the back office. He was so so rude and unhelpful that he should not be in front of house. I went up the room the room was extremely hot, later we found insects inside the room. I had a child and she couldn't sleep. We also could not sleep due to her. The room was smelling of some funny stuff. I went down and spoke time person but he as usual was not helpful and rude. I told him please don't be rude and try to help your customer. In return he is telling me then teach me how to behave?? Excuse me, this is the way you speak to your customers.. I decided to leave the hotel that moment but it was late. I left the hotel early morning and paid for another hotel in full. Before leaving I asked if they can help me with the city map. But they refused and asked me to go to the airport and ask them. Later a taxi driver helped us to his best who had nothing to do with our stay. I hope I get a full refund and I don't want to take this any further. Date of checking was 18th of August.

Nice hotel close to the airport

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Breakfast was great and overall I felt that it was a good value for the money in expensive Switzerland.

Inexpensive but tired hotel near the airport.

Cons: style
Location: Nothing but getting to the airport easily
It is a convenient and inexpensive location near the Zurich airport. The staff was very friendly. The room felt old, well used, and had a strange smell. Luckily the doors opened fully and the airport noise wasn't bad.

Convenient to the airport and city transportation

Pros: Close to airport and city.
Location: Airport has eating places but need to go to the city for action or shopping.
Chose to stay close to the airport and easy excess to the city. Clean and quiet hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Will stay there anytime I'm in Zürich.

Weekend trip

Pros: Shuttle service, close to train, tram and bus location to get to Zurich. Breakfast ...
Cons: A major facelift to the hotel premises, building and rooms!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The location to the Airport, Shuttle, and ease to get to Zurich via the Train were excellent. The morning breakfast was good and sufficient to get your day started. The Hotel and Room were worn out and in need for refurbishing. The grounds were poorly kept, the carpet in the room was very worn and needed to be replaced, the placed screamed the 70's, It appears they are benefiting from people like me that look to the Hilton name for quality and cleanliness etc.but this hotel feel short. This is a one star motel...
