Weekend trip

Pros: Shuttle service, close to train, tram and bus location to get to Zurich. Breakfast ...
Cons: A major facelift to the hotel premises, building and rooms!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The location to the Airport, Shuttle, and ease to get to Zurich via the Train were excellent. The morning breakfast was good and sufficient to get your day started. The Hotel and Room were worn out and in need for refurbishing. The grounds were poorly kept, the carpet in the room was very worn and needed to be replaced, the placed screamed the 70's, It appears they are benefiting from people like me that look to the Hilton name for quality and cleanliness etc.but this hotel feel short. This is a one star motel...

Unbeatable Customer Service

Cons: A little outdated...
Location: There is a burger place not too far that was excellent!
We arrived to the hotel about an hour after check-in began. We were quickly checked in and given our key; but before we could make it down the hallway, we were called back. It turned out that the cleaning staff had called out sick and our room was not ready. Without missing a beat, the staff offered me a readily available room. They said "It's our best room here, enjoy!" This made my day. I had a terrible experience at another hotel the night before, so this really lifted my spirits. The room was HUGE. There were 2 balconies. The room was clean enough, just a smidge outdated....and no AC. I really didn't mind though. I just opened the windows and that was that! I am very grateful for the wonderful service. The breakfast was pretty decent as well!

No dining facility, overpriced

Cons: A lot could be improved especially the bathrooms
Location: nothing
bathroom disappointing and doubtfull. no dining or food available.

Hotel room was good but staff were not welcoming and room service including cleaning service was not good.

Nice Apart Hotel near Zurich Airport

Nice hotel

Pros: Staff is friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Van service good. Price is reasonable.
Location: It's an easy van ride to the airport. From there a short train ride into Zurich for several hours. Safe area for walking, too.
We stayed here 2 nights upon arriving in Zurich and one night before departing. The staff is great! Breakfast is good with variety, hot and cold. The first day we walked 5 minutes to the Hilton for lunch and dinner. Food was excellent. Our only complaint was the lack of air conditioning. The temperatures reached into the unseasonable upper '80's some days. With the windows open at night it was cool enough but we didn't feel comfortable keeping them open all night.

Lovely stay

Very very comfortable, room 002 was great, large, spacious and formal lounge area. 20 minute walk to centre of Opfikon. No lunch or evening meals available, but value for money as breakfast included in room rate. Would certainly stay again if in the area.

it is nice hotel close to airport,

Pros: close to airport & train station.
Cons: it should be no charge from hotel to airport & train station
Location: close to airport & train station which you can take train to Zurich downtown in 17minuts visit museum & old city also shopping's lots of waking.
so many years I been staying at these hotel because there services was very good , but some how this year was not as good as years ago, I don't know why, all of the staff got change but over all it was ok, I was alone & I wet to do business in Zurich & Basel, that all I have to say may be I stay aging there next year I don't know .
