Pros: Hotel cleanliness and some friendly staff
Cons: Not to charge for Hotel to Airport dropoff shuttle. Its expensive for a family of 4. We used taxi which was less than Hotel shuttle.
Location: Zurich Lake walk Rhine Falls Luzern
We were disappointed with the hotel staff and room facilities. We stayed in a executive lounge and were clearly said that the refreshments (excluding alcohol) in the minibar was free to use on checkin, but when we arrived, the minibar was completely empty. And next day when we asked the staff to refill the minibar, we were said that it was charged for it. And also on requesting many times for still water we were given sparkling water and kids slept without any water 2 nights. When I went to the front desk to get some still water, the lady was rude to say we only drink sparkling water here. I had to ring the duty manager to complain and she was nice and apologetic. I didnt expect such behavior from Hilton staff. We were not asking any big from them just still water for kids. Really disappointed.

Need to significantly improve customer service; substandard; probably one of the worst Hilton I've been to - front desk promised to remind me once my room is ready - never did - restaurant staff is horrible - no smile, didn't even ask me if i wanted coffee; didn't clean up the tables timely - shuttle service is a joke - charge you for it; not enough space so people have to wait for the next shuttle - very inconsiderate

It is an airport hotel

Pros: Hotel staff
Cons: Free shuttle to the airport would be nice.
Location: 5 min. ride to the airport.
Room is nice and clean; however, I think the facility is old - the bathroom was very small and very hard to take a shower with the half glass curtain/cover. The front desk and restaurant staff were very professional and nice. We did not like to get charged the hotel shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport - maybe other airport hotels in Zurich charge it also....

Perfect hotel close to the airport

This hotel is nice and clean so close to the airport and close to old town zurich. No regrets staying here it was quiet and comfortable and the price was right

Convenient airport stay

Great place to just stay for 2 nite. Very close to airport with free shuttle to hotel. drop off your stuff and explore Zurich.

One night layover

Nice place to stay when flying out early the next morning. Hallway had a smoke smell, but the breakfast buffet was excellent. Free shuttle bus from airport, but have to pay 5 Euro per adult for the return. Staff was very helpful and tried to make your stay as good as possible. You do have an Aldi store within walking distance, but not any other options to eat outside of hotel without a car or taxi.
