Started out as a disaster with check in. The confirmation said 2pm however the actual hotel check in wasn’t until 3pm. The manager wouldn’t do anything to fix it and we needed our room so I had to pay an additional $10 for early check in. Wasn’t happy about that. However, the room was nice and clean. Everything was clean. Later that night we asked if they had an extra pillow and we were informed they didn’t have any left. We got up the next morning and went to get breakfast in the lobby and was very disappointed. The apple juice was actually clear, barely anything out other than bread and waffles in a case. They had cereal and oatmeal but was very bare none. I personally won’t stay at this location again and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The negatives outweigh the positive.

Don't stay there

It smelled of marijuana and incense. The bed was hard as a board. They double charged my credit card. It was a fiasco!

Poor service level but a value in Glen Allen

Not great housekeeping standards, even after a comment to front desk to ask for coffee. Promise was never fulfilled, they just don’t care here!

Hotel was alright for the price. Could use new blanket as there were holes. Not enough towels and when asked for more, none were available until About 10:00pm. Asked if they would bring to the room and they indicated I would have to pick Up. Lacking in customer service.
