Horrible.

I got there around 11:30 after the richmond nascar race and the "manager" April was very rude and proceeded to tell me expedia sent our booking information late and she no longer had any rooms available. She then told me i could find another place in the area, I was limited on money after spending 169$ for a room there. so i had no where to go. I left there in tears and exhausted. I showed her all my information and she still blamed expedia for the issues i even called to make sure it was okay to check in after the race ended, worst experience ever. Do not deal with the Marriott near short pump.

Fabulous customer service

The customer service was the best I've ever experienced. The hotel was beautiful. The room itself wasn't as amazing is the rest of the hotel, but definitely good.

Girls weekend ~ Short Pump Shopping!

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was friendly and professional. I will definitely be returning to this hotel. And, the hotel proximity is so convenient to so many restaurants and of course Short Pump Mall.

Very Disappointed!

Cons: CUSTOMER SERVICE! Don't take money if your NOT going to provide the service!
Location: It was close to where my daughter moved to but won't be staying there ever again.
I booked and PAID FOR my 2 Queen beds room ahead of time. When I check in the man said great we have your King size bed room ready for you. I told him no that I had booked and paid for 2 Queen beds since we were 3 adults. He said the King was all they had but he would have a roll away bed sent to my room. He also told me that booking through Expedia doesnt gaurentee what we book. We were met at our room with a child size blow up bed! My 33 year old son slept on it but was a horrible night. This was so totally rediculous and unacceptable.

Over all great experiance

We stayed at this location for only 1 night after driving for 10 hours. The hotel was spotless and the staff was supper friendly. We booked 2 rooms with 2 beds trough expedia but when we arrived Denise informed us that the hotel was sold out of rooms with 2 beds and wasent sure how expedia pushed trough the order when they didn't have any available for almost 2 weeks. I showed her my reservation and she immediately got on the phone with expedia. She was on hold for a while and instead of making us wait for expedia to try and clarify the issue she decided to give us 2 more rooms for the price of our original reservation. She apologised for the inconvenience even tho it wasent her fault and gave us our own rooms close to eachother. I haven't received this type of service from any hotel in a while and we stay at a lot of them, with most bearing way more expensive than this one. Over all we all were extremely satisfied and would recommend this location to anyone.

Had a little trouble finding my reservation with Hotels.com but after check-in issue, all went smoothly. Hotel is clean, located in a great area and staff was friendly.
