The room didn’t have hot water in the shower, u complained the second day and I was allowed to shower in a different room. I was also charged for snacks we don’t buy. The lady running the breakfast was amazing.

The staff here is very nice and it’s very clean. Breakfast is a little limited but ok. Some of the facilities like the elevator are pretty outdated. There were a lot of sports teams staying here so it was loud at night. One day there was a fire alarm and not great communication about the fact that a technician had tripped it. Overall it was a good experience.

We stayed at this hotel for one night as we were passing through the area via I-95. It was located in a convenient spot, surrounded by local shop[s and restaurants. Although the hotel itself was showing some wear and the breakfast food was mediocre, in general, this hotel was a good place to stay. In particular, the staff was very friendly, helpful and cheery.

Pool was down, no hot water, bathroom was dirty, door knobs and sink faucets very loose, toilet clogged before we got there. The staff were very nice.

Everything was fine and acceptable except for the closet, the door was broken and the low profile toilets are very hard for older/larger guests to use. It can be considered embarrassing overall.

Broken and dirty
The room was minimally cleaned, found tash from prior occupants under bed. Broken items included: door lock, closet door, desk chair, toilet flush handle, and refrigerator. Bubbled wallpaper in bathroom. Would never recommend, there are many better options. I did approach the front desk about this who seemed pretty meh about, offered to credit me bonvoy points which I'm not a member of. Rm 216 for reference.

Had to change room electrical outlet in bathroom was brole towl bar fell off wall. Only 1 ice machine worked only on fourth floor. Usability a great hotel must fave been a bad week. But would stay here again.

Rooms were ok but not super clean. Was bummed the pool and hot tub were closed as this was a big reason we booked this hotel. I understand it is hard to notify guests of things like this but we would have known a day early we would have booked somewhere else. Our friends room was not as clean as ours so that added to the 3 star review

The room was a bit dingy and the air unbelievably dry and uncomfortable. We could hear kids running in the halls late into the night though I suppose that is not the hotels fault. The pool was empty. The staff was friendly and kind. The breakfast was varied and hot. I’m not sure it was worth the price but I guess for the area it’s pretty good.

Nice property. Close to the highway. Nice , clean facilities. Not well lit outside - parking lot is very dark, lots of trees - in nice area but still felt a little sketchy at night.

Had a handicap accessible room that I found difficult to maneuver with a scooter. Trash can in bath area would be helpful as would be some body lotion. Jacqueline in the breakfast area was amazing!
