Clean, quiet, friendly staff, nice breakfast, convenient location. Only small complaint was that the shower water pressure wasn't the best. I would definitely book this hotel again.

Pros: The front dest people
Cons: The parking lot was covered in buts and a good bit of trash
Location: Not applicable.
We are an older couple and found the front dest people very accommodating. We signed up through Expedia and they neglected to inform the hotel we had a dog. The front dest made an adjustment and we got a ground floor room.

Booked on short notice due to flight cancellation. Everything went smoothly and the staff was super-friendly and helpful to this stressed traveler.

Here for cruise

Great location. Convenient shuttle from airport and to the cruise port. Staff has all been incredible. Excellent service. Friendly and helpful every step of the way. Breakfast is a bonus. Clean and modern decor. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others and we will definitely be back from Niagara Falls again.

Pros: Breakfast was good.
Cons: smell of the rooms
The room was ok, Nothing fantastic. The room however had a musty smell. As if it used to be a smaoking room. Other then that the bed was fine for a night. Would not stay long term was just for a short airport turn.

Okay stay for a business trip

Pros: The price was right, the water was hot, the TV worked. The fridge and microwave in the room is a nice touch.
Cons: Its fine, no issues
Location: I don't know, I was there to work. There is a walmart close by so I could eat for cheap!
The property is in an okay location, kinda hard to get into and out of but at least its away from the congestion around the DMV and shopping centers. Inside the hotel there was this prevailing smell of disinfectant - but, its clean! Hotel staff was welcoming. The breakfast was not bad for a budget motel breakfast.
