The little town of Green River looks all but abandoned. This was one of only 2 buildings (both hotels) that looked up to date and not run down. The hotel itself was perfectly fine, stayed for one night and had zero issues.

We did like that it was cheap and easy to find. For the price, the property was nice. We did have a very large crowd of tourists that filled the cafe area during breakfast so it was hard to get something to eat. Employees were nice. Parking was plentiful.

The double queen size bed rooms are very large with plenty of chairs and table to place your belongings. The breakfast options were excellent.

This property has unhappy looking staff who is either indifferent or unhelpful. For my 3 night's stay, I couldn't staff said they "might" be able to replace it with new ones. Not so reassuring. Laundromat within the hotel is one good amenity although I did not use it.

While I don't typically mind Super 8 motels. The staff was nice. But, was disappointed when I checked in. One of my rooms was ready, but, the other wasn't. Housekeeping was behind. They called about a 1/2 hour after we checked in letting us know the 2nd room was ready. Breakfast was the bare essentials. It wasn't a continental. Beds were comfortable, but duable. Pillows were unusual (a square half the size of a typical).

First off, the young girl at Counter did not welcome us in, and we were ignored the first time we walked in at 2 p.m. We had to say excume a couple of times before we even got her attention.. Then we were told that we could not check in till 3 p.m., so we left. We came back at a little 3pm and she then tried charging us a pet fee for my service dog and told me that she would have to ask her manager so I told her I would wait for the manager and then she said it would take awhile because her manager was gone on vacation. So I said that is okay. Call me when you hear back from your manager, and so we left, and about 20 minutes later, I was called saying you can check in now.. So, We went back and checked in and was told I would not get charged for my service dog. But after all that, she treated us rudely with a very rude attitude.. We were also told breakfast would be availble in the morning and all it was is a frozen burrito tossed in a paper bag that you have to bring back to your room to microwave in the microwave in your room or a packet of oatmeal that you have to make yourself ... We would never ever recommend this hotel to our worst enemy... Bad experience all the way around..

The breakfast was fine and the property was generally clean and the staff was nice. However, we were there for 2 nights and we never had any service to our rooms. Beds werent made, our garbages were overflowing, we had to keep going to the lobby to replenish coffee, coffee cups etc.

Front desk took 10 mins to check me in. I called the front desk on the phone 3 times. I yelled "hello" 4 times. No one came. I yelled really loud and someone finally came. He was not very happy to see me. Almost felt like i was an inconvenience for him to to check me in. Then i was told pool was closed for the winter. My kids had just been swimming in 40 degrees weather in Utah was just fine. The breakfast selection was not very much. Food was frozen and to be heated in the microwave. Frozen French toast and burritos. Yogurt was not cold. No fruits.

The breakfast was very basic and nothing had a really appetizing taste. I think hot scrambled eggs ) instead of cold boiled), fresh pancakes and maybe sausages would have been more satisfying. The lady in the dining room was not really friendly and seemed impatient with us. The fresh fruit was welcomed. the property is well situated to go to various tourist locations.
