First off, the young girl at Counter did not welcome us in, and we were ignored the first time we walked in at 2 p.m. We had to say excume a couple of times before we even got her attention.. Then we were told that we could not check in till 3 p.m., so we left. We came back at a little 3pm and she then tried charging us a pet fee for my service dog and told me that she would have to ask her manager so I told her I would wait for the manager and then she said it would take awhile because her manager was gone on vacation. So I said that is okay. Call me when you hear back from your manager, and so we left, and about 20 minutes later, I was called saying you can check in now.. So, We went back and checked in and was told I would not get charged for my service dog. But after all that, she treated us rudely with a very rude attitude.. We were also told breakfast would be availble in the morning and all it was is a frozen burrito tossed in a paper bag that you have to bring back to your room to microwave in the microwave in your room or a packet of oatmeal that you have to make yourself ... We would never ever recommend this hotel to our worst enemy... Bad experience all the way around..
