The almost the entire staff was excellent; very friendly and hospitable. The blonde morning hostess didn’t attempt to be friendly, but maybe that’s too critical. All of the others on staff were great and she didn’t fit in for some reason. The breakfast was good for complimentary food. I will stay here again when visiting Napa Valley.

This hotel needs variety in breakfast served. You can't prepare the same breakfast over and over again. But the staff are super friendly and accommodating. I just wish they offer discounts for those staying for more than a week.

Friendly staff, very clean, better than average breakfast. Parking lot shared with commercial businesses on one side. Side door was locked and could not be opened from outside- minor problem- parts broken were on order. Very nice stay for 8 nights.

Free coffee and hot chocolate
Check in was fast, we chose the floor for our room and immediately walked in and went out to the heated pools. There are towels and spare restrooms. In the morning there is a full breakfast with many different items. Worth the stay.

The hotel itself was great. Clean and friendly. Great breakfast and comfortable room. But, going outside was a bit scary at times. There were transients living in the bushes that startled me.

The inn was everything we could ask for. They were accommodating and helpful. The inn is in a convenient location near many dining options and stores. They also offered breakfast to help you start the day.

The stay was amazing; I truly loved all momments there , I think there should be an upgrade on the cable network ; feels a bit plan- for a nice property , Perhaps a premium of the network , The bed and Pillows, Blankets are Cooozeeee, Truly 'what I'd consider , and by the way breakfast was Slammin Jamming . "Oh boy" works for me, I look at it like a place of my own- Thanks kindly Jp. Lastly And none the least all The Lovely ladys at front desk were all pleasant and adorable.

I really enjoyed my stay at the holiday-in-express, the cleaners stayed I have had in a couple of months. The breakfast was also very good and fresh. The staff was also very helpful. I been staying with the Holiday-in hotel chains over 15 years all over the world and I can say it was such a pleasant stay in my own backyard being that this location is in the Bay-Area. CA. Location!Location! Location! About 40 miles from SFO…away from all the hustle and bustle. Easy day trips. Napa,Sonoma,and Calistoga to the north. Point Reyes lighthouse to the west. Reno NV to the East.Walnut Creek and Danville to the south. And the JellyBelly factory tour in Fairview nearby.

The level of service was deplorable and accommodations were biased. I purchased a room for three nights for photographers traveling internationally with their infant for my wedding. Upon arrival, my photographers were told by “Merlie” they could not be accommodated although the room was FULLY PAID for and their flight was delayed, meanwhile a person who complained of an AC not working was immediately accommodated with another room. It was only after a supervisor (Lucy) came and nearly 1 hour later that my guests were provided an alternate room. Customer service, compassion and training is needed at this facility!
