Could have been better

We had no cups in our room. Bed was uncomfortable, felt like we were sliding off the sides. Places us on the first floor next to a side entrance. Kept waking up when people would exit/enter building. Fridge was noisy. No one there when we checked in our out. Would not stay here again. Only good thing was the room flooring since it has no carpeting, had wood looking tile.

Look like a cheaper Motel 6

Pretty dated, carpeting needs upgrading.

Very nice staff but hotel is older & needs upgrading. Carpet is old & threadbare, endow in the room faced back of hotel & view was trash bins.

Worst hotel of my life

Stay away! Those are the two words to summarize my review. Worst hotel to have stayed at, ever! Room was not clean, basic toiletries missing, staff started cleaning our room when we were away for breakfast and had 2 hours to check out. Worst was that the Management did nothing about it !

The hotel was in a decent location. It was clean, but I thought room service would clean up (make the beds, replace towels, etc. But I wasn't aware that you have to stay at least a week to get that accommodation. We only stayed for the weekend. The pull out couch wasn't as comfortable. It had some trash on it and crumbs. I like how there was a kitchen and refrigerator. Overall our stay was good except a few issues. We would stay again.

Overbooked and gave away confirmed room

We had booked a room with a King Bed and Pull out Double Sofa - the biggest room they had, as this could sleep 5 people (3 on the Kind and 2 on the Pull Out) which is what we needed. I called at 6pm that night to confirm our room and to let them know we would be arriving late, around 9pm. Upon arrival, I was told that our room was no longer available and all they had was a room to fit only 4 people sleeping. They said this was the only thing they could do because there were no other rooms available and somehow our room that we booked and confirmed was given away. They really didn't care, because they knew we had no choice but to stay there since it was already so late and we had no other option. They did say they could look for a cot, but after 2 hours of them looking (or so they said they did) they could not find their cot. I think it is specifically because we booked this through Expedia that they didn't care about the reservation, as they even tried to tell me my reservation was for a smaller room. However, I had the Expedia confirmation, so they just said, oh well, that room was already given to someone else.

An ok place to sleep-not much else

Pros: Location and spaciousness of rooms
Cons: It's the same price (or within $10 of hotels that provide more comfort and a real breakfast.
Location: Easy to get to LA
This hotel is ok. The room was clean enough and the bed was comfortable enough. Pillows are foam and bedding is a thin blanket and one of those bed spreads that you fold down immediately. The staff at check in was nice, but the front desk is dark and unmanned after about 10pm. There is no housekeeping unless you are there more than a week- then they do it once a week. Breakfast consists of coffee, granola bars and packaged muffins- that's it. The listings say self parking, but they don't tell you it's $5 a day. Parking access is easy and there are plenty of spaces. The hotel tells you that you can come to the front desk and get anything you need for your kitchen- "a customized kitchen". Unfortunately, that means that unless you go down to get it, there is no coffee maker in the room- but it saves them money. Bring hair conditioner if you use it. The location is good for visiting LA- even downtown. It's about 30 minutes to the Hollywood-West Hollywood area.

Horrible service

Took over 3 hours to get my dishes. Dirty towels, extremely rude general manager. Screamed at me in the lobby.
