Basic things were not working. Stayed here for 3 nights. The evening I checked in, the bathroom lights in the room were not working. Like not working, period. After requesting for a room change, they said they are completely booked and could not move me until the next day. Front desk assistance said we'll give you a discount (i had paid for the trip in whole already) and change rooms the next day. I was moved to the other room, where the lights were working fine. But the room looked and smelled as though it was just mopped and not efficiently because there was still water in many parts of the room. The bed in the room kept rocking even at slight movements. The toilet flush worked at its own whim. There was only one towel in the room. I would have appreciated if there was an inspection before the room is allotted. I was too fed up to even complain as I was using the faculty to only crash for the nights. One of the front desk assistants was responsive and helped me with getting more towels and cutlery when asked for. But the whole experience was very unpleasant.

The Hotel states breakfast included. The breakfast included means a stand with coffee and pastries available for customers to serve themselves. I would not call that serving breakfast.

I had to change rooms 4 times. Incredibly dirty, unclean and smelly. Even though rooms are meant to be non smoking it either smelled like cigarettes or terrible bleach. Ac and heater were not working. Will never stay here again

The first room I was assigned to had live roaches in it. The desk clerk was apologetic and moved me to another room. It was not much cleaner, but did not have roaches.

This property was good from out side but it’s not good inside. Bathrooms are very old fixtures. Doesn’t even have exhaust. I booked room to for 4 people and we hardly could move around. A/c was inside the room and was very noisy. Complementary breakfast was just bars, cereal and coffee. I initially booked for 3 nights later checked out after first night.

The check in and check out were quick and easy. While the staff was friendly, they did not prioritize fixing having extremely limited ability to make change or limited products for laundry. Over the course of five days my keycards had to be reactivated twice. The floor in my room and bathroom were sticky in places. Black smudges showed up on towels when I wiped the floors with them. I noticed dog hair on the floor as well. These factors led me to walk around with my shoes on almost the entire time.

Over Booked and Over Charged
My wife and I were visiting LA from out of town for the weekend. So we booked a room through Hotels.com at Extended Stay America Suites Los Angeles Glendale. Received a confirmation email of reservation from them. Upon arrival, I was informed the hotel was overbooked and they had no rooms available. They asked if I had booked the room though a third party in which I did. Not sure what that means, however I left and found another place to stay. Now I am in communication with Hotels.com for a refund because Extended Stay America Suites charged me for the room. Disappointed to say the least.

upon check in, staff did not tell me what my total price was nor did I sign anything at time of check in. Later on they knocked on my door for me to sign the pet policy. You had to for soap. No basic amenities, Bathroom had hair all over mirror. Floor has never been cleaned, when putting the towel down to step out of shower it turned black at the bottom because floor was so dirty. No paint on holes in the wall. Rust and hair in drain in the tub. Sheets had black speckles and felt like it had sand in them. Very out dated. And to top it off the outside doors to get into the hotel stated you needed key to get in to the hotel, never locked. No safety or security. Overall very dirty place. A waste of money for nothing and the price on hotels.com was different then what I paid. Very disappointed

While i understand people stay at these types of hotels long term, our hotel room waa clearly lived in for a while and was dirty. The fridge had a ice cream wrapper in the freezer, there were also pieces of onion skin on top of the refrigerator. Also, our room smelled heavily of cigarettes, and you can tell they tried to air out the room before our arrival as our window was cracked open. We had a queen sized bed and it was such a noisy bed. Everytime you rolled over in bed it made so much noise it would wake up my partner. The bed itself was uncomfortable as well. One positve note is the employees were very helpful and friendly.

If you’re a smoker and love smelling like an ash tray this place is for you. The bathroom sink, pillow, walls, etc reeks of cigarettes. Not the cleanest. Several fruit flies in the room. They call you at 10:40am to ask why you haven’t checked out. Very unsafe. Man with a mask followed us inside the hotel. Thankfully a guest was in the lobby and left. I wouldn’t book here again.

Disappointed stay
the Hotel needs to be renovated, the elevator was dirty, the hallway was dark, and our room stunk. We sanitized the countertop, chair, phone, doorknob, and TV remote just to make the room smells good. bedsheet was not clean. The kitchen is old and has no utensils. And the Breakfast was so cheap and so basic. however, i should give credit to the front desk, they are all nice.
