The hotel staff on check in was friendly and professional. The check -in process went quickly and I was into my room in minutes. Unfortunately my room had only a view of the rooms across from mine and I wasn't able to get a room with a more pleasant scene. However, the room was clean well appointed and very spacious. I had all the towels and pillows that I needed. And the climate control worked very effectively.

Very pretty property, tucked in off a busy street but quite all the same. Plenty of places to eat and shop within walking distance.

Room had a musty chemical smell. The office chair was broken. The bed was stiff and creaky. The pillows and blankets were cheap and uncomfortable. The room was dirty and stained. The sink would get clogged. The people coming in and out of the hotel were sketchy. The only positive is the price, but it was still such a bad experience that it was not worth the budget price.

The front office staff was friendly. However, my room wasn't cleaned every day and the kichinette was not restocked after my first day. It was a little annoying not being able to make coffee or tea when i returned in the evenings.

Great secret find! not my first stay here and won't be my last. A very short drive to the L.A. County, Pomona fairgrounds where a visit can Make for a tiring day. Once back to the Inn, it's a short drive or even walk to a huge variety of convenience stores and very reasonably priced places to eat or get food to go.. The room is spacious and comfortable. It's MY CHOICE when staying in the area!!!

It was a clean, decent place, grounds had a nice garden ambiance. My only complaint was the bed, it was memory foam and being someone with ambulatory problems, it was very uncomfortable and difficult to move on the bed or get out of it. I hardly slept because it was extremely painful on my knees and legs.

The reception clerk was rude and dismissive. The noise level from other guests went on until 3:30 am including loud yelling on walkway and constant door slamming. We could hear snoring through the walls. We only stayed here as a quick stop on a long drive and knew it was a cheap hotel so expected just a bare minimum. It did not even live up to that. So bad that we got up and left at 4am although we had planned to not leave until about 9. Don’t stay here.

Hidden gem
This is my go to place when I need a getaway, fast service, friendly service meats on my expectations and the price is reasonable. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.! Not to mention the convenience to different types of food, stores, etc.
