As an older couple we had a very safe,quiet ,relaxing couple of days. Suite was excellent, everything you needed was there or easily available from the reception where the staff were very polite and obliging. The menus in both the restaurant and sports bar could have been more varied, very little to tempt us .The position of hotel was excellent and so easy to get around. Beautiful beach right outside the hotel door. Most enjoyable stay ( we wish we had stayed longer). Highly Recommended.

The apartments could use some modernisation as they are looking tired.
Bath had mould around the edges and had no plug so couldn’t actually use the bath. Sofa had stains and there was limited utensils in the kitchen.

Staff were very friendly. Room was a great size. Loved the location.
Few minor issues,
Broken outdoor chair on the balcony that pinched the back of my leg when I sat on it.
Bed side table near window wasn’t clean, still had sticky drink marks on it.
Couldn’t get wifi to work in our room.
Tried contacting reception via phone in the room but gave up after 2 hours of it being constantly engaged.
No dish cloth provided, only a small green scourer. Couldn’t even use a flannel because we didn’t have one of those either.
No where to keep our valuables when we went out as the safe provided had an out of order sign on it.
Minor issues but when you’re paying $358 a night it’s not really acceptable.

For a self contained apartment it was very poorly provisioned - not enough plates, no coffee machine or plunger, no small vegetable knives, nothing like a salad bowl or platter to present food on at the table, very few prep equipment- no bowls, grater or colander, no paper towels to wipe up spills etc.
There was so little equipment we didn’t bother with the dishwasher as we would have needed to run it after every meal in order to have plates available.

Great location and view from our balcony. Short walk to tram, shops and restaurants. Beach right there as well. Ticks all the boxes. Can hear the nightlife from the pier though on Friday & Saturday nights but it was good music! So we didn't mind. Great indoor pool and spa as well. We really enjoyed our stay.

I loved the bed. The facilities in our room were all we needed. Everything we needed was in walking distance. Coles,Woolworths and Aldi for shopping. Awesome restaurants. The desk concierge were so approachable and helpful.
However we did have to request a change of rooms as our first room was outside the lifts. Although it had a king size bed it was not as comfortable.
The shower above the bath was ok for us but could be difficult for elderly or people with problems.

I absolutely hated the shower over the bath. The bath was high so hard to step into and there are no handrails to hold onto. It was slippery and unsafe.

The underground parking helps to ensure that our car is off the street.
Onsite dining is convenient and accessible.
Personalisation has been lost, e.g. no biscuits to have with a coffee. No alarm clock, and basic written information about room service etc.,

Great Location, but pretty tired surrounds
Fantastic location. Unfortunately the rooms are tired and in need of a good refurbishment. Cleaning was pretty average. If you can get a room at a good rate then it's probably an OK deal. If you're being charged s premium rate then personally I'd shop around.

The only thing I can complain about was when we cane home on third day. We walked into a wet kitchen....the cleaners had put on tbe dishwasher and it had leaked.
