Nice close to the event I hosted.

I liked how close it was to the event I attended. It felt great to have a nice quiet , clean and comfortable room to relax and put my feet up.

Perfectly suited our needs

We just needed a getaway - nothing fancy and comfort inn had everything we needed The bed was comfy - not too soft. The room was adequate for our needs but the drapes were only decorative ( or at least we could not see how they could be drawn) and the curtain was fairly sheer Pool was perfect for me. If you are looking to swim laps or dive it cannot accommodate - but I walked laps. The hot tub was enjoyable Another couple there had a young daughter and a baby and they all seemed to enjoy them too Staff were accommodating though j learned a bit more than I needed to about things going on with the BF attendant's life

This was a great stay and very enjoyable. Forget about the bad reviews I don't think they were fair and just. This was a real great place.

Strong odor in the room.

While the room looked nice, it had a strong odor. Since the room was nonsmoking, perhaps it was the cleaning solutions that were used. We were NOT happy. The breakfast was ok. There was no one to tell you how much waffle batter to put in the cup. The waffle iron temp was too high because the waffles stuck to the iron and were too dry. The coffee, juice and sausage were very good.

The hotel was very clean. The staff was very nice & helpful. The room was gr8 except for being close to loud thruway.

Comfortable one night stay

A nice hotel to stay. Room is clean. Breakfast has many options, including hot chocolate. Service is awesome. We made the reservation online where we left a message saying a crib might be needed. And they put it in our room before we arrived. That was very helpful. Thanks. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay.

Little help from night staff

Very unhappy with the overnight service 1am to be specific. Room 203 had at least a dozen teens with adults in it yelling, running in halls, slamming door over n over again. Complained at 8:30 pm as well as calling desk at 1am...no help from staff. Never to recommend anyone stay due to the service :-(
