Wonderful. Comfy bed and pillows. Quiet at night. I slept very well! Only complaint is water pressure in shower was a bit weak, but that's being super picky.

The soap dispenser in the bathroom did not work. The extra blanket on the foot of the bed was attractive but way too heavy. The second bed mattress was lumpy and felt almost broken. All night we heard a large hauling truck's motor running in the driveway.

This is a great place for an overnight! We were welcomed warmly, the room was clean and comfortable, there was a great continental breakfast and gathering room, and it was walking distance from the cute downtown area. Great stay!

Older property, but very clean. Sweet and friendly front desk lady. When my first room smelled like weed, she promptly apologized , sent a person to clean it, and moved me to another room. When I had to unfortunately leave a day early, they refunded me right away for the unused night too. Check them out!

The room was very small. The TV had issues, 3 channels didn't have sound and the reception was fuzzy. Because of the small size of the room it would be nice to have a lounge area.

Rooms were nice with good amenities-microwave, refrigerator/freezer, free wifi, in-shower/sink soap and shampoo dispensers. VERY nice breakfast options-much more than a continental breakfast. Office staff were helpful whenever I went in for assistance.

The property was convenient and priced fairly. The beds however weren't very comfortable. The trip to the hot springs helped compensate but without the healing of the hot springs the trip would not have been relaxing at all. The staff was very courteous.

This is the prefect spot to stay in Glenwood Springs. Convenient, close to Iron Mountain Hot Springs, clean, quiet, and friendly service. And the prices was unbeatable here.

OK for a night
Older property with some updates. Room was very cold, went out for dinner while it warmed up. Breakfast spread was appealing but mostly carbs. Got a great deal, otherwise rack rate is overpriced. Good staff. Some EV parking. Basic amenities, bed comfortable, everything clean. OK for a night of rest but lacks some amenities (eg small TV with basic cable - did manage to find a movie to watch). Plenty of space, has mini-fridge and microwave. Lots of things to do and great food a short drive (or long walk) away. Would stay again if need be.

Seriously a wonderful spot for a family on a budget. It’s not a luxury hotel, but for the price it’s everything you need! Clean, safe, comfortable and a decent breakfast. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Very private. We liked the soap dispensers, very eco friendly which is something we care about. The place was clean and warm. We loved it. Would highly recommend. Family friendly
This is one of the best family friendly hotels in Glenwood Springs. Pool arcade next to adventure Park conveniently located to iron mountain. They offer breakfast, which is the only issue I had with it the only thing that they offered was sugary treats again probably for the younger people
