Located conveniently close to many places.

The hotel was very clean and wonderful. Located right in the middle of Glenwood, it was convenient when you needed to go to either side of town.

Great Hotel but some things are not excellent

Posted Dec 27, 2016
Pros: The hotel looks nice, the beds are big and comfortable smells clean.
Cons: Have more stuff to purchase after hours, change the dirty carpets in the halls have a better shop with a bit of groceries to purchase after hours.
Location: The location is great good views and close to everything, the town is small so you can walk all over the place the swimming pool was nice and clean
We have been in the Hotel for Chrismas and it was great, the only problem is that the dinning room is too small there is no dinning room just a small breakfast space with 8 tables so all guests must share the tables ot wait for a table to sitdown. The air conditioning unit is not good its a split unit too loud too hot or too cold the carpets need a replacement many dirty spots all around, no milk to buy after hours no room service

Location: Went to a BBQ place called Smoke. 30 min wait everything else was over an hour. The food was good service was bad. Also to 45 min to get food. 😏
We were there to hike up to Hankgung Lake. Stayed one night and the room was nice. The manager made fresh cookies for my daughter. They give them out amount other things complementary. In the morning is a free breakfast if your interested in that. The pool stayed open till midnight and was indoors. Nice place and friendly staff.

Just OK.

Location: Hot Springs. Not much else. Pretty drive, through Glenwood Canyon, heading East on I-70.
An average hotel in a small secondary resort town.

Close to highway

Hotel is close to the busy intersection. Pool didn't look attractive, there is no other other place except your room you could be in the evening.

Pros: Love Hampton inn because of reliability and included breakfast
Cons: Nothing.
Location: We visited Iron Mountain Hot Springs -- wonderful ! Enjoyed lunch at Glenwood Canyon Brewing.
Good value. Filled with families. Only downside was that it wasn't closer to the downtown area. It wasn't far, but a bit of a walk especially if you have little ones.
