Our overall experience was fine, but it took over twenty minutes to get checked in which was a bit frustrating. The property is going through a renovation, and that's fine, but I wish we would have been able to get into our room more quickly

There was construction happening at the property and the lift was not working. Though staff offered to help but they are the receptionist girls and I felt sorry for them to carry such huge luggage’s 3 floors up. So we had to carry our own. The pool was great and kids enjoyed it. The property is right next to the cavern park, so it’s a plus. Breakfast is very ordinary, there were no bread loafs and egg options offered.

Property is under construction. Other than that it's a good hotel. Almost walking distance to iron mountain hot springs.

Unfortunately, the property is under construction & the elevator was broken. I dragged up my belongings (& my granddaughter's ) 3 flights with bad knees. This information should be shared before booking. The only good part of my stay was that my granddaughter loved the swimming pool. pool.dragg m

We stayed there a few years ago and it had more options for beakfast, rooms were nicer etc. It seems a bit rundown down. The pool was the best part of the whole experience.

Staff was super unfriendly, elevator was broken, no assistance offered, staircase and hallways has exposed staples with no caution or warning, carpets were filthy, only positive was the indoor pool. Breakfast was all processed sugar foods except bananas

The pool and arcade are truly the best features of this property. The elevator wasn't working which was a bummer and the breakfast was a bit lacking when we got down to it. Hallways could use a good vacuum but, our room was clean and staff always very friendly.

We have stayed at the Hotel Glenwood Springs many times and have always enjoyed it. On this most recent trip, we learned that the facility will receive an overhaul this year. While the hotel is already an excellent value, a facelift to the rooms will do wonders. I especially have had issues with the mattresses and look forward to an improvement there. Overall, though, with its pool and jacuzzi, in-room hot tubs (in certain King rooms), it’s proximity to the adventure park and downtown, and its ease off the highway, I highly recommend this property!!

Overall we were very pleased with our 2-night stay. It’s definitely a great place for families with kids. The pool was warm & we had a blast going down the slide. Hot tub temp was nice & hot. And it’s pretty big so it did not feel crowded. And we actually really had fun in the game room….we played a few games of pool, air hockey, 4-person pac-man, 2-person pong, motorcycle racing. Vending machines were stocked & had variety - a nice option at night. Breakfast didn’t have any hot items (no eggs, bacon/sausage, waffles). But there plenty of was bagels & cream cheese, cereal, milk, juices, coffee, tea, hot cocoa, apples, bananas & yogurt. Room was clean, had nice toiletries, and we were able to check in an hour early. We felt that the hotel was definitely worth the price and was more affordable than most of the hotels nearby. And the pet fee to have our dog stay with us was less than anywhere else that we checked. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a clean, affordable place to stay with a great location & has fun, family-friendly amenities!

Nothing was working. Elevator, 1/2 lights in room, hot tub, ice machines (all), no do not disturb signs. Hotel staff was horrible at help or direction. I would not recommend this place at any price

Unfortunately the room was pretty dirty. The light fixtures were dusty and there was smudges on the wall (unsure what) but noticeable and should have been removed while cleaning. The room had a pretty bad odor and would not cool down. I had to go to the lobby around 11pm to ask for a fan as the room was too hot to sleep. They did provide me with a floor fan but didn’t acknowledge the issue. The staff was friendly but it’s not a hotel we’ll chose again.

One night stop over while on the road between destinations. Staff was friendly and check-in was smooth. Easy access from the highway and right on the greenway so had a nice place to run in the morning. Breakfast was pretty basic and some of the furnishings are worn but clean. It suited our needs.

We stay here often and it is always a good experience. The only issue this time, which we did not experience before, was that the mattress was subpar unlike our other stays. Otherwise this is really an excellent property.

This hotel was clean with a friendly staff. We really enjoyed the game room. Our children are all 18 but if you were travelling with young children/kids the pool and game room would be a huge plus.

This is not a good hotel. It is in bad need of a deep renovation. The hotel is worn. It was fine in 1985, but not today. The breakfast is a very sparse cold breakfast. Stay someplace else!
