Great place to stayPosted Aug 28, 2015
This was a pleasant surprise! Clean, charming room with exposed brick; mountain views and mini fridge, microwave and all! Hot breakfast was a bonus, they even had fresh fruit and yogurt. Convenient location to anything and everything you could possibly want or need and the price was unbeatable! Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Convenient and within walking distance to poolPosted Aug 26, 2015
Pros: location and staff
Location: everything was within walking distance
I loved the location and the staff was courteous. However, the hotel conditions were in need of some 'TLC.' My room had a toilet that would continuously run and the hallways were less than tidy.

Good locationPosted Aug 26, 2015
this is a very tired property that needs a complete facelift. We were upgraded to a suite that was quite spacious but had old carpet & a dingy feeling. Could be a great hotel again!

This hotel has really gone down hill. I will pay a little more for a better hotel next time.

Expected MorePosted Aug 24, 2015
Pros: The breakfast was decent and good location
Cons: Remodel to uphold the Ramada name and clean up the food area more often
Location: Great location. Pretty close to everything.
I chose to book the Ramada over the smaller hotels thinking it would be a bit nicer and honestly, I might as well have saved my money. The rooms are so run down. Ours had an old smell. The bathroom facilities were original and just old. The breakfast area was never cleaned and made it hard to enjoy the decent breakfast they provided.

Looks are deceivingPosted Aug 22, 2015
The lobby looks very nice. The side entrance has dirty carpet, the threshold into our room was missing and the carpet ragged. Interior carpet also dirty appearance .

You get what you pay forPosted Aug 22, 2015
Pros: Close in parking that was full with plenty of spots. Close to most food and highway. Rooms were quiet and spacious. Staff were helpful and courtious
Cons: Cleanliness, updated bed spreads and sheets without blood stains. The rooms we had were "Just recently updated" but had aged furniture and bedding
Location: Already did.
We paid $75 a day(a special). Check-in was fine, our reservations were accepted and the place was full. 1st room had a dirty carpet and bathroom, a used towel and partially used soap bar sitting on it's paper wrap on the sink counter. The trash can had trash in it. The ceiling in the bathroom was filthy. We called the desk and was told someone would be there right away. 30 min. later I went hunting for housekeeping, found a lady that spoke no English. "Not On List" she says. I called the desk again. A lady came right away and she moved us to another room. Of course my wife inspected it carefully. It seemed clean enough. She had to use the toilet and it wouldn't flush. They sent someone right away and repaired it.. 1st night was fine. Next morning my wife got out of bed screaming "BUGS"!!! She found 4 small beetle looking bugs in the bed. Of course we thought Bed Bugs, right away. I looked at the mattress that wasn't new and saw no signs of critters or the tell tale blood spots they leave. I removed the headboard from the wall and still no sign of bed bugs. 2nd night all was well and next morning she saw a smaller bug on the night stand. Both mornings we availed ourselves of the free breakfast. 1st morning we had seated and I saw a little girl take bites out of a cookie then put it back. Then she took a bite out of a small cupcake and put it back. Soon another little girl was in line with her mother and sneezed on the uncovered area that held the Bagels, cookies, bread etc

Close to all attractionsPosted Aug 21, 2015
Rooms fairly clean, bed is hard as a rock. Very close to restaurants and pools and the caverns amusement park. The pool is really small, but the breakfast is free and is actually pretty good. I would recommend because of the cheap prices and the proximity to all attractions.

If you have Pets you won't MindPosted Aug 20, 2015
Pros: The location is great, from the hotel its just a short walk to the hot springs and restaurants across the bridge.
Cons: Clean up the rooms!!!! If you are going to allow pets then cleanup after them.
Location: Its Glenwood Springs, there are tons of things to do.
The room was full of dog hair and smelled funny. I guess if you have pets you probably wouldn't mind. The room seemed mid remodel so the sink was new but the bathroom was disgusting. Overall if you travel with pets it might be a good choice.

I was wanting a nice relaxing stay at a hotel with a pool, I should've spent the extra money and gone elsewhere. The room was dirty, as I pulled back the curtains there was a mess left by the previous room occupants. The bathtub had NOT been cleaned or they just didn't care that there was still soap from whoever showered in there last all over the tub. The hot tub was closed and not only was the pool so small I had to burst out laughing, it had (maybe soap?) bubbles everywhere in the water. It was as inviting as a public kiddie pool. The front desk agent was very informative but having that be the only pleasant part of my stay is by NO means enough for me to ever come back!
