Good Overall, but some area's need improvement. We are in our mid 70's and the room we were given was on the 1st floor . It was difficult getting our suitcases up a flight of stairs as there is no lift and no assistance was offered. While we were there we found the staff to be polite but we were unable to get through by phone on several occasions prior to our arrival as no one answered the telephone.

We were on a family trip in the Cotswolds and the place was perfect for our family. Rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable and breakfast was good with plenty of options (both warm and cold). But what made the stay special for our kid was the swimming pool. The only negative aspect was an unexpected charge of £5 for parking. All things considered, I would definetly stay there again!

Reception very helpful and efficient. Restaurant staff left us and others waiting to be seated and to take our orders. When food eventually arrived it was delicious and well presented.
