Welcome to the enchanting thatched-roof house "Stine", idyllically situated near the Baltic Sea beach in the newly built holiday home development "Ostseepark Glowe". With a living space of around 125 m², this spacious domicile is both modern and family-friendly and promises an unforgettable holiday in a dreamlike setting. The interior leaves nothing to be desired: On the ground floor, you are greeted by a spacious living and dining area with an open-plan kitchen that invites you to cook and linger together. Two high-quality bathrooms, one on the ground floor and another on the top floor, as well as a sauna for relaxing after a long day at the beach, ensure your comfort. The bedrooms are cleverly distributed over the upper floor with three bedrooms, which have a total of five beds for adults, and the cosy loft, which offers an additional living/sleeping area with three beds. Other features include a cosy fireplace, a high chair, radio and LCD TV in the living room and bedrooms.
