Luxushotel mit Schattenseiten

Das Joecons ist ein hochwertiges Luxushotel. Das Personal ist professionell und organisiert, die Zimmer sind sauber und klimatisiert. Meiner Freundin wurde am 2. Tag ein teurer anti-moskito-pulli aus dem zimmer gestohlen, während wir am Strand waren. Davor wird zwar in jedem reiseführer gewarnt, doch dachten wir in so einem teuren hotel kann man seine Klamotten mal offen rumliegen lassen. Es wurde zunächst jedes Zimmermädchen zu uns auf das zimmer geschickt um uns zu versichern dass sie nicht den Pulli gestohlen haben. Das War unangenehm wie unnötig. Uns den Pulli zu ersetzen oder auf sonst eine weise Entschädigung zu leisten darauf kam niemand. Ein weiteres Manko war, dass wir für den Tag unserer abreise über das Hotel ein Taxi gebucht und auch schon an der rezeption bezahlt hatten. 15 Minuten nach geplantem Abfahrt-termin wusste man davon nichts mehr. Die vom Hotel organisierten Taxifahrten waren zudem total überteuert. Man bezahlt in bei ihnen sehr viel mehr als in den Taxis die vom Flughafen starten. Insgesamt ist das joecons ein angenehmes Hotel mit viel Luxus. Man sollte nur unbedingt sein Gepäck mit einem schloss sichern und aufpassen dass man nicht übers Ohr gehauen wird.

Nice Hotel. Good food.

Pros: Location / Rooms / Food
Cons: They should conduct few activities for guests especially families / kids
It Is a good property. Better compared to few 5 star properties in Goa.

I wasn't really impressed about this hotel. The front of house staff is not particularly welcoming and it took way too long to do a check in and check out.Tired to wait for a check in that we went to eat something to the Garden restaurant. Terrible experience. The quality of the food is less than average and the staff speak barely English. 20 minutes to settle the bill. And the beach is actually 10 min walking.

Do Not be Decieved by the Web, it's a Hoax!!

The Manager would not honor the Hotels.com package that I had including dinner, transfers and a half day sightseeing. A request to replace blown out lights were done 3 days later when it was time to leave. There was no hot water in the shower and it was fixed on the day we left. They would not do anything about a client who was drunk and decided to phone our room late at night twice. Overall it is a good hotel but bad service and rude front desk staff and Managers who refuse to help for anything.

Nice hotel close to the sea

Hotel is fine the food was nice staff was very helpful the girls working at reception desk reina saru Sajana the boy who woks at nite lalit I enjoyed the spa and ur staff were very helpful only problem was too many Mosquitos

Hotel mit relativ gutem Standard mit Einschränkung

Mittelklasse Hotel, für Goa eher (zu) teuer! Service freundlich. Pool vorhanden, aber sehr klein. Internetempfang muss täglich neu registriert werden (war bei uns im Preis inkl.)Verbindung funktioniert oft nicht, was ungenügend ist, wenn man noch geschäftlich darauf angewiesen ist. Wege zum Strand über öffentliche Strasse, die wie üblich in Goa schmutzig und ungepflegt sind. Es gibt bessere Alternativen als Joe`s in Goa!(unser 10.Besuch in Goa)
