Best Resort to Stay in Goa
This is one of the best resorts i have stayed in. Pool was amazing. They have different pool for children Locality - Peaceful at the same time located near to bagha and calangute Staff - Extremely helpful and supportive Food- They have in house tabla restaurant. The buffet breakfast is good with lots of varieties. Room - Big and spacious with coffee and tea facility, table chair, balcony Perfect place to stay in Goa

Nice clean room. Great restaurant
It was a great stay with nice clean room and helping staff. The adjacent Tabla restaurant had amazing food and a friendly staff to help.

An enjoyable stay
A very nice hotel resort: the hotel room was spacious and clean, looking into the pool. The staff were friendly and attentive. Wifi was included in the room rate and accessed at the lobby at Reception. The hotel is not by the sea but is within easy reach of a couple of beaches and Arpora is convenient for restaurants, grocery stores etc. A very pleasant stay.

Lagoa experience
Stay was excellent. The staff was awesome, reception staff,security,cleaning staff and restuarant staff all were very friendly and welcoming. Always willing to assist. Keep up the excellent work. Room was ok, a bit old, could do with some Tlc.

excellent resort
I had pleasant stay with my family from 25th Dec to 29th Dec. Though we had some difficulties to locate it initially, once we reached the place we faced no more issues. The hotel staff is very pleasant and helpful. They run a shuttle to Baga which is very convenient. The facilities in the resort are excellent, breakfast menu is pretty good and the restaurant serves nice food.

Far inside, narrow roads, not easily accessible
not satisfied with the stay, we got 2 single beds when we special mentioned for a double bed, they didn't even care to provide double bed room. Tabla restaurant made our stay staff was well behaved, they knew how I prefer my breakfast next day everything was according to my request HI-FI for restaurant staff other than this its a useless hotel old fashioned TV, old fashioned bathrooms & hotel is too expensive for the service they are providing.... Think & read the reviews before booking this hotel....

Wasn't a wrong choice as it was near to calangute and baga beaches which we had planned to visit...! Room wasn't as clean as we had expected! Food was also just ok. Service is good.

Amazing experience
Located at a very quiet place in Arpora, this hotel offered us the best stay with commendable room service and sumptuous complimentary breakfast. Facilities like wake up call, shuttle service to Baga beach, room service were well attended. The food served in Table restaurant was too good. The swimming pool was neat and clean. The staff was cordial and helped us anytime we needed. They provided us two wheeler in affordable price. Will recommend this hotel to others too.

One of the most aggressive and argumentative staff
One of the most aggressive and argumentative staff I have ever seen... Good location with basic functional rooms however staff will make u mad... They will prove that u r always wrong. For example we had ordered egg bhurji and toasted breads at 4 pm after coming from day long trip . even after waiting for 40 mins and called up room service to enquire about the order.... To our surprise , instead of saying sorry , order taker told me that why we are in so much hurry!!!!! That's not enough , order finally came exactly after one and half hour and that too wrong!!! To my horror , staff is kind of aggressive and they don't like to be pointed out anything.... Waste of money... Last place to stay in Goa.....

Staff completely unsupportive & admant. No care of customer request. Least bothered staff. Inspite rooms where vacant offered me a ground floor corner road facing room with 2 separate beds. When complained staff informed they will join the beds & tie them together. After arguing gave me a room 3 hrs late keeping me waiting at the reception. One of the worst hotels stayed.

If it's a suit - the bedrooms needs to spaceses n the living may not be needed to have a huge space ... Same with the bathrooms- more spaceses..

Decent hotel. The rooms / bathrooms could certainly do with a bit of upgrade. Service was slow but staff was courteous. Food was good (esp. breakfast). The pool was small but fun!

Good Overall package
The hotel was quite nice for the price I paid. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and service is quite prompt. Facilities in the hotel though limited are adequate. Its an ideal location to stay if want to go to Baga, Anjuna, and Saturday night market. There are other attractions also which are close by, the hotel also provides free pick up and drop to Anjuna. However, if you are booking multiple rooms do call and check your room numbers as they may displace you. Breakfast though above average is not great. One big advantage the hotel has is that it is located in a peaceful and quite neighbourhood, so it is a good place to stay if you want to avoid the noise.

THE HOTEL IS SITUATED IN A VERY PEACEFUL LOCATION. GOOD ROOM SERVICE EXCELLENT FOOD IN THE TABLA RESTAURANT ONLY DRAWBACK WAS SUPPLY OF HOT WATER AS THEY USE SOLAR HEATERS SO HOT WATER IS NOT AVAILABLE BEFORE 9 AM.

Good place to stay to cover north Goa
Nice place at reasonable rates. We did not opt for the "package" but instead the bed and breakfast option. We then hired a bike to go around. This works out more economical. Food is good and reasonably priced for Goa standards (expensive compared to Bangalore standards). Rooms are spacy and clean. Very nice swimming pool with some trees around providing shade so you can go out to swim even at noon. The depth of the swimming pool is perfectly balanced so my 8 year old kid also enjoyed himself in the adult pool. There is a second pool which we did not use. There is a nice water body (something like a lake) just behind the resort where you can take a stroll. Conveniently located near popular beached like Baga and Calangute (less than 6-7 kms). Furniture in the room is made of "jute" and personally I felt this could be replaced with more modern furniture. Similarly the TV was the old CRT type and could be replaced with flat screen LCD to give a modern feel to the rooms. One major drawback for me was no Wifi Internet in the rooms but only available at the lobby for a price of Rs. 100 per day. Overall nice stay.

Hotel Resort Lagoa Azul
We have previously stayed at this hotel but on this occasion were a little disappointed. The hotel has become rather 'tired' looking and is in need of a makeover. Parts of the grounds in particular were rather untidy. Our room was a good size and clean and well decorated. The air conditioning however was antiquated and did not work effectively. It was very noisy and failed to cool the room sufficiently. Staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was adequate and the bar was pleasant.

The staff were extremely polite and professional especially some of the waiting staff at the restaurant. Overall, a clean and pleasant place to stay. However, there were quirks to this place. It may be because we were there during off-peak season. We purposefully chose this place as we were looking for a mid-range place with WIFI access. When we got there, the receptionist (politely) insisted there were none, the next day we complained to Hotels.com which came back to us assuring us that the management of this place has guaranteed there was WIFI access. There were none. We asked again and after a 20 minute grilling, the receptionist said yes and gave us a password, but there were no network to connect to. We gave up. One thing to consider is the location of this resort, it is a fair way to any beach or site which means there is a bit of a transport monopoly thing happening there. You are able to walk to the main street to hail a tuk tuk/taxi though. There are also limited free shuttle buses to the nearest beach, make sure you book 1/2hour before the time of departure on the timetable.

Приятная неожиданность
Побывав в отеле, сложилось очень приятное впечатление. В отличие от многих других отелей индии - приятный персонал, хорошая организация, ежедневная хорошая уборка в номере. Едиственый минус - делковато от пляжей, но это вподне компенсируется другими достоинствами. К тому же Очень хороший ресторан. Я бы порекомндовал его своим друзьям.
