Disappointing and not worth the high rates offered

Posted Mar 1, 2015
Pros: Nothing, didn't liked the hotel rooms, corridor area is so small and congested.
We checked in evening around 7 pm, Rooms are too small and not worth despite the high tariff paid.

nice and calm hotel. Near the market. The candolim beach is not crowded and ideal for honeymooners

Average

The hotel stay was average overall with some good moments. The check out experience was horrible and we were made to wait for more than an hour. For the price of the room this was not worth it.

Nice location. Friendly staff. Pleasant stay

Well maintained swimming pool. Though the pool officially closes at 7:30PM, No one objects if you stay longer. Staff gives you sufficient privacy. Good welcome drink. Clean rooms. Free wifi. Signal and Bandwidth could have been better. Breakfast menu is good.

Nice boutique place by the beach

Posted Oct 19, 2013
Pros: Friendly Staff; the pool; the kitchen and the location by the beach
Cons: More live bands / music; kids activities (tattooing, movie centers, books/comics etc.)
Location: Dolphin spotting Dinner at Calangute (Souza Lobo) & Baga (Britos) - enjoy the sea food Water sports at Baga beach
First thing that comes to mind is its very courteous, friendly & informal staff; room service is fast; Food is great - the tables by the pool with a live music band make up for a great dinner ambience. The location of the resort couldn't have been better; the beach is not even a minute away - you can see and hear it from the resort 24/7; Don't deny yourself a chance to walk along the shore line - start from the Fort Aguada corner across Candolim right up to Calangute beach (around 4 kms); a resourceful taxi/cab service is available right at the gate; ATMs, stores - curio items, trinkets, beach wear, medicines, groceries are all within a stone's throw of the resort.

Very peaceful stay

Posted Aug 24, 2012
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: Renovation
Location: Right behind Candolim beach.
The hotel staff were very hospitable, from front office to room service to kitchen staff to security. I stayed for 5 nights and 6 days. and did not fee like coming back at all. Though the hotel was in renovation phase, they did have some good amount of facilities.
