Hello Dilip To say we are very disappointed with your review is an understatement, before you even arrived here we could see issues as you tried to change your booking to an extra day to arrive early during peak season when Broadbeach was 100% full. On arrival we actually gave you a roll away bed for your daughter in the "small" one bedroom unit with No charge. You made several requests for additional towels and linen during your stay and it was given to you. As for the car parking, yes the car park is not under the building but to the side, very clear when you drive in and sign posted, lifts do not go sideways they go up and down so you should have realized when you drove into the car-park. Because you didn't follow the pathway you ended up in the fire escape!!! First person to have done that, it clearly says Fire Escape on the Door!! I wont go into all your comments as they are petty but if you read your booking a service comes after a 7 night stay, if you wanted your room serviced daily you should have booked into a 5 star which provides that, and by the way after you called us a couple of hours after you had departed saying you had left your wallet in the unit we went up to look in "small" room where you had lost your wallet and we spent over one hour looking for it, what we found was an absolute disgrace the way you had left the unit, it was filthy, we dont understand how you could have lived in the filth, we didn't find the wallet but after many hours you called to say it was in your car. We also went through the pool and filter trying to find your daughters earing that you said she lost in the pool, another complete waste of time as it wasn't there. To say the garage doors do not work is completely incorrect and you are the only person that has raised this as they work fine and yes they are on a sensor and they close after a certain time, we actually watched what you were trying to do, you have to use the Fob to open the door not think it is automatic, this was explained to you but obviously took no notice. You also asked to extend your stay and as we had a cancellation we offered the 3 days to you at a good rate as we showed you the prices in Broadbeach at that time which you said yes to so we blocked it out, the next day you came and changed it to two days. We believe we went out of our way to accommodate you and your family and your comments are why a lot of Onsite Managers do not go over and above as we did due to it being so easy for someone like yourself to make negative comments. Our advice to you if you book another holiday, book it correctly to accommodate your needs from the beginning to avoid wasting peoples time. All the Best for the future.

Hello Brendan and 3 additional guests Thank you for your review, we are sorry that you expected your sheets to be changed for a 4 day stay as it is outlined quite clearly on all booking platforms that the rooms are serviced for bookings of 7 nights and longer regardless of how much you pay, you did book a one bedroom apartment which is usually for 2 people and you had in fact 4 people in there for the 4 nights. Given that you were already breaking the terms of your stay we still supplied you and your extra guests with additional bedding and towels when requested. As such we believe that your review is completely unfounded.

Cant understand why these platforms allow Anonymous reviews, its easy for keyboard warriors to say anything, these could be the people that had 5 extra friends stay in their room and were spoken to and didn't like it as they lied but how are we too know..

Hello Jade, sorry to read that but that is the design of the units in this building and as they are individually owned some owners are happy with that layout. As for the towels, cleaning is explained when you book and there is a laundry on site, office hours are also on the front door along with our mobile number.

Lets be honest here and let the truth be known, you turned up late in the afternoon and thought it was your decision to have as many people in the room because you had paid for it, not sure of the rules back in Sudan but here 10 people in a unit is breaking all of the policies we have on our website when you booked, to say we are racist is so far from the truth its not funny, this was your way of dealing with what you didn't like hearing that 10 people could not stay in the room, you do not even know us so to say that is defamation of character, we have traveled the world and have friends from all over the world, I was born in Ireland, my husband born in New Zealand, our children are Australian, we have good friends from South Africa and Zimbabwe, we lived in Indonesia for many years and you have No Right to call us Racist. The room was inspected prior to your arrival, you also tried to cancel on the morning of your check in, the abuse and language you and your family said over the counter was plain disgusting and threatening which went on for over one hour which we have on CCTV. Our official letter of what happened here was lodged with Expedia straight away.
