Had a week booking and when I arrived late at night, booked another hotel and stayed somewhere else as the room was dirty with cockroaches on the floor and geckos in the bedding, returned the key the next morning and they refuse to refund my money. If you are thinking of staying here - DON'T.

This property almost makes it. Great location, quiet area, good layout of suite, well equipped kitchen, even has its own laundry. Receptionist friendly and helpful. Falls down in the cleaning, not dirty but would expect better. And the furnishings, you don't fix saggy sofa springs by putting a sheet of chipboard under the cushions! But would I book again... hell yeah.

Construction next door started 6.30am every morning. Comfortable refurbed unit but missing handles on kitchen cupboards, no ventilation in bathroom, no dryer in laundry. No wifi. No Foxtel sports.

Very deceiving! Nice on the outside but extremely disappointed with the inside. A torn cushion on the the sofa bed, no mattress in the sofa bed?? Wobbly table and unstable chairs, the curtains were dirty, faded and wouldn’t open properly among other things. The decor was unappealing, it seemed that management wanted to renovate but with no money? Very poorly decorated. For what they charge it was a very ordinary stay and if there was a zero star rating this place would get it!

The location is great and the property is nice and quiet. The public areas around the pool are well looked after. The room was well equipped. However I guess I must have misread the website, as I thought it said “serviced weekly”. One website says “ limited housekeeping” it was generally clean when I arrived I stayed for 3 weeks and no one came to clean, ever. There was a spoon in the cutlery drawer which had congealed food on it from a previous occupant. The stove top, which needed cleaning, shed rust every time I used it. There was some suspicious dirt in the car park stairwell, which was there when I arrived and still there when I left.

Comfortable place, but cleanliness is questionable
On arrival we had to clean before we managed to settle down. The bathroom was filthy, hair all over the place, mirror was not cleaned and there were poop smears on the toilet seat. We had to ask for a vacuum to clean the place. Once we cleaned everything, it was fine and comfortable. The bed was comfortable.

The only good thing was location. Close to surfers paradise. Room is dirty out-dated Fold out couch was broken We had two small children and on the second floor level Had to take three large suitcases up three flights of stairs from car park Wasn’t showed to our room just given key Not the most friendly service. You get what you pay for

Good value for money for non fussy guests.
Walkable location to Surfers Paradise. Apartment living is close to neighbors. Furniture is well used. Most things work with a bit of imaginative effort. I enjoyed my stay and for the low price would stay again. Pleasant enough for a single or non fussy couple or family.

To be fair and honest, not like the pics you see. Not the cleanest, carpet dirty, grime in bathroom, used candles to mask smell, dishes weren't clean so we bought paper plates ect. I didn't expect the rits but i did expect a better room then what was given! Pros - not a bad walk to surfers & cafe down the road was great.

Affordable modern apartments 5/5 stars
Affordable modern serviced apartments. I ended up extending my stay. Excellent location. Walking distance to Supermarkets, beaches, gyms and parks. Friendly customer service team.

This property is great given the price & location. It's only a 5 min walk to Surfer's Paradise over the bridge. The apartments have everything you need for your stay. There's also a nice pool & bbq area. The only negative is that the furniture/fittings in the apartment is a mix of clearly old stuff and clearly new stuff - so the management clearly replaces stuff when it stops working/breaks. Which isn't a bad approach given some of the guests that stay here. The reception staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and are eager to rectify any issues you have quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

The location of the property was very good. It was far enough away from the hustle and bustle of central Surfers but close enough that you could walk to everything Surfers Paradise has to offer. The accomodation was sufficient for what we paid but felt the place was very dated and could do with a much needed upgrade. Bed was comfy and kitchen contained everything needed. Pool was great but again could be upgraded. Car park and security was great. Didn't realise we had a laundry behind a door until the day we left. Perhaps a sign could help others find this.

Good facilities, good location. Comfy bed Kitchen was outdated, there was an old filthy mattress against the wall in the kitchen. All the pots, pans and plates were still dirty and greasy from the person before. You’d have thought the hotel would have checked this. No air con in bedroom. Sofa in the living room was falling to bits. The place just needed a big make over. Reception hours on weekends were only open for an hour or so and closed at 4:30 weekdays therefore when we needed something couldn’t contact them

All of the dishes that were in the cupboard (plates,bowls,cutlery, and cups) all needed to be washed before they could be used all of it had visible food stains on it. The floor hadn’t been vaccuumed and under neath the lounge was disgusting

there is no privacy if your on the ground floor put some nets up so every1 walking past cant look in also put some matress padding on the beds soooo hard would be nuce for your room to be serviced with tea coffee toilet paper and towels otherwise ok

The walls were so thin you could hear everything from the next apartment. That's the only thing I can fault. I traveled with a baby and the staff were happy to help me take the pram down the front stairs when I went out for the day
